We were staying in Cities of Gold Casino Hotel one night because we needed to. The booking was easy and fast. Very efficient I highly satisfied. When my husband checked in, he handed the key to my work place. He told me that : "You will not like it." Then, he told me to look for his car where he... More

We stayed there one night. We had two rooms next to each other. But only one room had brown bed covers. My kids wanted to take the covers and a few pillows into the other room. After we checked out the hotel charged us $250 accusing us of stealing the pillows and bed covers. I called and explained that they... More

Clean room with a window unit for AC. The hotel has seen better days but the staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking and the casino is a cross the street. The price was very good and even though there was not a lot of amenities the bed was comfortable.

We were happy with the cleanliness of the room. No bugs and the beds were ok. My friend and I were on a road trip and pretty tired so when we finally got to sleep we were woken up by the fire alarm which was pretty startling but they shut it off after a few minutes. All in all not... More

Booked hotel for the night. Hotel is run down. Carpet in common areas is stained. Room air conditioning was noisy. Went to the attached restaurant. Food was not bad, but we were left at the table without drink refills or even a bill. Think the waitress just went home. Tried the casino. You can't take alcohol out of the bar... More

Beds were very poor but the air conditioning was worse. I couldn't ever get the room cooled down and it was only June and 90 degrees outside. When I turned the a/c on the vent cover fell off. The towels and bed covers were worn and the hutch for the tv was old and the doors wouldn't stay open which... More

The location is very central located. Santa Fe, Espanola, Los Alamos and Taos. Lots of historic ruins and plenty of casinos. And lots of atmosphere! Had no problems with customer service . Very helpful with directions.

The rooms are huge. The checkin staff was friendly and fun. The first night the elevators were working and then next day all day they were not. The room itself was clean and so were the bathrooms. They didn't have those curved shower curtains that most hotels have now. The worse part about this room was there was no fan... More

It's a nice place. Nothing fancy. Clean and friendly. And at a fair price. But centrally located to see all the sights of the area. 20mins back to Santa Fe or the other direction the same amount of time will get you to Los Alamos (where they created the "bomb") 15mins to The Rio Grand and Espanola (birth place of... Don't stay here! The WORST customer service I've ever experienced! I had reservations for two rooms for two nights in a row, and upon check in my guests were first told, "no, we have no reservation for you", and then after some argument, they were given rooms for one night, with "no reservation in our records" for the following night....
