We have stayed at this hotel for the last three years, and really liked it. Made reservations day before, expressly stated need late check in, put my credit card on file. Arrived, Michael at the counter was rude, once for chking in late, and had an altitude when I asked why our room was changed to top floor. (We requested...

I never write reviews unless something is great. This place deserves this rating though. Customer service terrible. Anytime I asked something they were just plain rude. The room was worse. Filthy carpets, broken furniture, moldy showers, broken refrigerator. The one nice thing was the bed. They were comfortable but tiny just not big enough for our family. The hotel grounds...

The long wait started since the check in, sooo slow; continued at the restaurant. Terrible service, waited and waited for food and the order was completely messed up and terrible. We booked two non-smoking rooms, our room reeked of cigarette smoke.

We have stayed here a couple times before. The rooms are decent, clean and quite. However, we will not be staying here again. The customer service was never great to begin with but now it's just a joke. The 3 days we were there, I was never greeted, more less acknowledged any time we came in through the front door or...

Maybe too clean, the room had a very strong odor of disinfectant cleaner. Those with sensitive noses may have a hard time. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room was reasonably quiet. Shower pressure was good and the shower head was mounted high...nice for tall people. The room may have been in transition, there were 8 lamps in the...

While staying at Hilton Buffallo Thunder. We decided to drive over to Cities of Gold Casino to eat breakfast. My grandsons also wanted to bowl. My 82 yr. old father loved their buffet, it was small but welcoming. We also, won some money on the slots. My grandsons bowled for an hour then played in the Arcade. Everyone there was...

Rooms were very nice, didn't have a refigerator to put ur drinks in. Rooms were pretty big. The hotel was off the side from the casino. Did have a few machines in the lobby, which made it nice and quite. Had a nice corridor in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful new hotel in a wonderful place in America. Only thing that was wrong was the ice machine was broken, that should be a priority to get fixed. The casino is a good walk away and is new also. How can you go wrong in Santa Fe?

We were staying in Cities of Gold Casino Hotel one night because we needed to. The booking was easy and fast. Very efficient I highly satisfied. When my husband checked in, he handed the key to my work place. He told me that : "You will not like it." Then, he told me to look for his car where he...

We stayed there one night. We had two rooms next to each other. But only one room had brown bed covers. My kids wanted to take the covers and a few pillows into the other room. After we checked out the hotel charged us $250 accusing us of stealing the pillows and bed covers. I called and explained that they...
