We stayed at 317 McKenzie, Unit B for 2 nights. We were so pleased with the location. Right around the corner from museums, shops and restaurants (off the beaten path of the plaza) and ridiculously close to the plaza. It was so easy to get around. We parked our car (where the owner told us to) and never drove it...

I found this rental online and was attracted to the location and the reasonable prices, given the high cost of hotel rooms in the city. The online booking was straightforward and we were given instructions to collect our keys from in front of the office. This was simple and there were instructions about parking and location etc - very easy....

After a great stay here several years ago we were enthusiastic about staying again to take advantage of the terrific location, reasonable prices and cute, authentic, historic properties. Staying with my husband this time instead of a galpal, we needed only one bedroom so rented 123 Mackenzie #D. The unit itself would have been OK - it was extremely authentic...

We stayed at 123 McKenzie Drive #D. The casita was nice. It had a den with a fire place, comfortable couch, and easy chair. The kitchen has a microwave, and gas stove, and a nice size refrigerator. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed. The bath was nice as well, but I wish there was a place to put things...

We've stayed in these small houses in the heart of Santa Fe many times. There are quite a few homes in a few block area. Our first night was rough, delayed planes, etc.,and didn't arrive til after midnight. The key with our name was on their front porch and our casita was easily found. Unfortunately, it was not what we...

Arrived at the time I provided, fulfilling a odd request. Arrived to none of the arrangements claimed by 'Bruce' . Nobody at the office, no keys, no one to talk to. Asked some people in the area if they knew this guy and got a shrug of the shoulders Frantically calling all the damn tel. numbers provided - got no...

My daughter and I stayed in a casita for 5 days, we could walk to restaurant, museums, art studios and all of downtown santa fe. We were just a few blocks from the square. The casitas need a little work done for maintenance, but the location was great, the neighborhood is nice and owners were gracious.

I recently relocated to Santa Fe and made the wise decision to look for a long term rental while staying at the Chapelle Street Casitas. I spoke to the owner, Bruce, a very hospitable and helpful host who offered the casita at 321 McKenzie #7. This casita (one of many operated by Chapelle Street Casitas) was very attractively furnished, great...

I stayed here for 2 nights in one of the Casitas in Staab St. As others have mentioned this is a perfect location in a lovely little street surrounded by flowers. Perfectly positioned near the Plaza and easy walking distance to many attractions. The Casita itself was old but lovely, and as long as you are not expecting a 5...

A great, comfortable casita, walking distance from the main Plaza area in Santa Fe. You are so close to all the highlights -- the Cathedral, Canyon Road, great restaurants etc. I highly recommend this place for someone looking to explore the city different.

“If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for convenience, value, and a comfortable/clean place, then this is the place for you. This is the only residential section in the Santa Fe downtown area. One the best benefits is the assigned parking spaces. Our casita was located on McKenzie Street right next to main office and our assigned parking space.”
