We arrived to a friendly welcome at Hacienda Nicholas, checking in at the property right across the street at Madeleine. We were quickly ushered to our room after a brief tour of the the facilities. We stayed in the Nicholas Room where I am now writing this . Briefly, the room has a living room, bed room, and bathroom. It...

Hacienda Nicholas was just the right place for my husband and I to stay when visiting Santa Fe. The location is convenient, tucked away from the busy plaza and Canyon Road gallery district yet within easy walking distance to each. The staff was professional and welcoming. Regan, "Woman of Wonder and Efficiency" was of great help in assisting us with...

Hacienda Nicholas is a real gem. The staff are always welcoming and helpful; the rooms are very clean. comfortable, and well-decorated; the breakfasts are great; and the setting is so very pretty. And it is walking distance to downtown Santa Fe, with its great museums, shopping, and restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and magical. The room was everything we had hoped for and we also enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Santa Fe. The patio area and full breakfast in the morning were great. And we finished our visit with an incredible spa at the Nirvana. The weekend was just perfect. I look forward to staying at...

We've stayed at several B&B's in Santa Fe, but we were never really satisfied with our experience. My husband and I decided to take a trip to Santa Fe in June (15th-20th), so I did some research and "found" Hacienda Nicholas and The Madeline. That turned out to be a great "find!" The Hacienda Nicholas and The Madeline are B&B's...

Hacienda Nicholas was recommended by friends and we loved it. The location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in the center of Santa Fe. We had a very relaxing time there and were very impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff. Breakfasts were really tasty and cooks used fresh and locally-grown ingredients and were more...

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The staff was more than helpful in finding dinner places and things to do throughout our stay. The room was welcoming and cozy. I loved the ability to come and go with ease, and the secure feeling of door codes. The homemade breakfasts in the morning...

We have stayed in several Santa Fe hotels, ranging in price, and our bottom line is that Hacienda Nicholas is our all-time favorite. My wife and I have stayed here several times over as many years, occupying different rooms each time. This B and B experience is not just an "informal hotel". We have grown attached to it because it...

We have stayed at numerous places in Santa Fe over the past 35 years, but once we discovered Hacienda Nicholas about eight years ago, we have stayed nowhere else, and we hope to stay there every summer for a long time into the future (as it happens, our opera tickets for next year are at a time when Hacienda Nicholas...
