First time visiting Santa Fe and this was a perfect place to stay! Great location and excellent customer service. We really enjoyed the ambience, quality and comfort of the hotel and room. We booked a Superior King room and everything we needed was readily available. The bed was extremely comfortable - we were quite curious as to what size it is as it's definitely larger than a standard king! Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 12 stayed here for my Mom’s birthday and the staff, the location and the intimacy of the Anasazi will keep us coming back again and again! A call out to some standout people who made our stay extra special: John in the restaurant shared fascinating history of the church in Chimayo and the healing dirt, Ricky helped us secure a last minute. table for our large group at one of the busiest restaurants in town (and showed up to walk us in!), Raymond arranged a beautiful room for us to play late night Jenga with chocolate cake and tequila…. I wish I knew the names of the two women who served us at breakfast every day. It was so busy but they never missed the smallest of details! They made our stay above and beyond! Thank you for taking such great care of our family!! We will be back!

We were disappointed with the service at the hotel. For a Rosewood property and for the price, I expected way more. The rooms need to be updated and the towels and linens were not five star quality. The hotel was understaffed. The rooms were dark and there was not enough light in the rooms. The bathrooms need to be updated. When I showered the water would not drain and the water kept rising in the shower the whole time. The bathrooms were narrow in size. When I called downstairs for my car, I could not get anyone to pick up the phone.

Hotel is overpriced, run down, and shoddy with old carpet and furniture. Service is spotty and definitely not worthy of a Rosewood reputation. Front desk is consistently not manned and no concierge. Restaurant was dirty and food is flavorless and disappointing. I wish I stayed somewhere else.

We were totally impressed with the personalized service and care of all the employees to whom we came in contact. In particular due to my error I left valuables in the closet safe and I was so grateful to have the housekeeping staff and manager return all the contents safely to my home. How refreshing to encounter such a staff.
