Stayed May 12-15, 2013. Historic means dingy in this case. Bed broke my wife's back...max saggy. Smelled of ur... in bath. Old plumbing makes for plugged toilets, but you are offered a plunger if you are willing to go to the storage room and retrieve one. Guests comment "what was that in the granola bin" made us take the breakfast...

I'm very sorry to hear about this, because, quite frankly, it doesn't sound like us at all. We know all of our guests want a great stay on vacation, and our TripAdvisor rating attests to the lengths we go to ensure they receive that great stay. Our property is unique and has tons of character due primarily to it's age...

Nice B&B within walking distance to downtown Santa Fe! Reasonably priced for the location and charm of the facility. Great breakfast to start your day and an afternoon tea to unwind. Herb and his family were great hosts and always had something to say to make you feel welcomed. We stayed in a small room which had a bathroom that...

We wished to spend our two nights in Santa Fe close to town, within walking distance to nice restaurants, in a B & B with a kiva fireplace and with off-the-street parking to protect our mounted bicycles. The on-line bargain offered by Pueblo Bonito was almost too good to believe. But all our expectations were met! Manager-owners Amy and Herb...

Pueblo Bonito was a great choice. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and included a usable fireplace for cool nights. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything it needed. The entire inn has a Southwestern look and feel, which we liked very much. In addition, the location was great --- within walking distance of the Plaza and...

Joan, Thanks so much for a fantastic review! As our inn has over 150 years of rich Santa Fe history in and around it, it's a great way to experience our local charm and feel. Very happy to hear you enjoyed it! (We are unique!). Of course, it helps to be within walking distance of so many wonderful things, like...

This was our second stay at Pueblo Bonito B&B. The family owners and the manager hostesses are wonderfully warm and very knowledgeable about what to see and do in Santa Fe. A unique benefit of PB is the afternoon social gathering with nice snacks and the chance to share Santa Fe experiences with other guests. From this B&B you can...

Great to know the second time was just as good as the first, Bob! It was our pleasure to host you again—thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's helpful both for us as innkeepers and potential guests considering a stay with us to know we are all that our reviews say we are! After 28 years...

My wife and I spent five days at Pueblo Bonito and could not be happier with our choice. We stayed in the Laguna suite which was really a one bedroom apartment rather than the usual hotel suite. It had a large living room with a fireplace, full kitchen, and a bedroom with full bath. The closet spaces were enormous (which...

We truly appreciate that recommendation, thanks so much! I know sometimes that packing for a trip can be a chaotic affair, so it's our pleasure to provide plenty of closet space. And the Laguna suite is a great choice with plenty of southwestern charm, including a kiva fireplace, a queen futon and ecupoli chair. Of course, we know the majority...

When we walked into our rooms, were were pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic setting. The rooms were well appointed, clean and provided plenty of space. (Much more space than we experienced at the Hyatt Regency & Swissotel in Chicago earlier this month.) The bathrooms were small, but included the essentials and had nooks to place toiletries.
