Pueblo Bonito is a real Santa Fe place; each room is authentic and relaxing in that northern New Mexican way. The innkeepers are as nice as can be, and they know everything you need to ask about. The PB compound is wonderful--outdoor spots that are quiet and atmospheric (and shaded) for relaxing, sipping, chatting, reading, whatever. Breakfast is hearty and... More

Wendy, reading your review, I was so delighted to see you use the phrases 'authentic' and 'real Santa Fe'. It really means so much to know you truly appreciate our original, historic character which dates back to 1860! Whether in the form of our shaded, relaxing courtyards and outside patio areas, our hearty breakfast of homemade tamales and green chile... More

Pueblo Bonito is in the perfect location: a short walk to downtown and the historic district; an easy drive to Canyon Road and Museum Hill. Amy and Herb were kind and helpful, as was their staff. Breakfast offered a wide variety including homemade tamales...delicious! Overall, we had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to return!! We will definitely spread the... More

You described us perfectly, Judy. Just a short stroll from all the excitement and people-watching of the Plaza, and a quick little jaunt to the galleries of Canyon Road and Museum Hill. Happy to hear our homemade breakfast tamales were the perfect start to your day here as well. Thank you very much for recommending us --- hope to see... More

We spent two nights at Pueblo Bonita and would recommend it highly! Please don't expect upscale new tech bathrooms, etc. - and that is exactly the big part of its charm! Quaint rooms, lovely landscaping and outdoor seating areas for morning coffee, or evening drinks -not some boring cement slab. A wonderful commons room for breakfast. The owners and staff... More

deedeeminn, thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. It's truly refreshing to see you were completely in favor of our quaint, original bathrooms over a more modern bath. Where else will you experience a space with 1930s wooden-beamed ceilings, 4-inch-thick handmade wooden doors, nicho-tiled vanities, mosaic-tiled soaking tub, and brightly-colored Mexican tile on adobe walls?... This B&B was incredible. It was my first B&B experience and it was the best possible. The owners were friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable about the area so they gave us some great recommendations for things to do. The room itself was cozy and a relaxing getaway. It was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. There were balcony and common areas that were... More

What a great place. We were greeted very warmly by the receptionist, shown to our three rooms (5 travellers) and were delighted with the very quaint units. The grounds were lovely too, unfortunately we were not there long enough to sit and enjoy the courtyard atmosphere. The breakfast was superb - I am now an Aussie fan of Green Chili... More

Robyn, it truly means so much to hear that of your six stays here in Santa Fe, your stay with us has been the best one yet. Describing your visit here as quaint, lovely, and superb is music to my ears. I can't say I've introduced many Australians to the utter deliciousness that is our Green Chile Stew, but it's... More

We liked our first 3 night stay at Inn at Pueblo Bonito that we spent another night the same week on our return trip from Taos. We (my girlfriend and I) had a lovely visit to the Santa Fe area seeing some of the local sites and shopping and eating in the downtown Plaza area. The room was very clean... More

We just spent 2 nights at Pueblo Bonito in Santa Fe. I can't imagine a better place to stay. Very easy to walk to the Plaza or Canyon Road. A great value for the price.
