    Best Inn in Samta Fe
I can't say enough about this Inn. The staff is so friendly and professional. The daily breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious foods and my fav, green Chile. Miss Irma was so friendly and helpful, making sure we had enough to eat. I highly recommend the Inn on the Alameda for your stay in Santa Fe NM. From the comfortable SW decor and convenience to the plaza, it is just wonderful. I will be back.
You are just Wonderfull for taking the time to recognize our staff!

    A Wonderful Place to Stay!
I stayed here in-between Christmas and the New Year, using a nice Black Friday deal the Inn was offering. Absolutely loved this place for all the reasons you are reading from other reviews, and was so glad I visited! (The Inn was also beautifully decorated for the holidays and made everything in this small hotel feel so cozy.) The location is excellent and walkable to many Santa Fe areas of interest; the staff friendly, professional, helpful and very accommodating; and the food really wonderful! Breakfast is included and is actually a terrific buffet with a nice variety of hot and cold items; Happy Hour is fun and relaxing with snacks, wine, margaritas and other beverages; and their regular Dinner menu includes lots of delicious choices. (My Butternut Squash Salad was outstanding!) The room itself was just fine and made for a perfect little holiday getaway. Nice, clean and neat, with a lovely view of the snow and the room's small, seated patio through the French doors. (I had a Deluxe King Room.) The Inn is also concerned with green/environmental issues regarding housekeeping, so was very pleased to see this and to comply. You also can take their shuttle to get around (offered for trips within a 3-mile radius of the Inn), and my shuttle driver Jose was a big help taking me places when I wasn't walking. Thank you, Jose! (Further amenities include a gym and hot tub, which I didn't use, but nice to know they're there.) All in all, I felt that the Inn on the Alameda went out of their way to ensure a very pleasant and hospitable experience with everything that they offer. Thanks to all the staff at the Inn for my very enjoyable stay! I'll be back for sure!!!
Thank you so much for all the details regarding your stay. We truly appreciate all the accolades and look forward to hosting you on a return visit to Santa Fe.

    Great Service
We just stayed a night here in Santa Fe at the Inn and would definitely recommend staying here! The room was a pretty standard room with two queen beds but was very well maintained and best of all clean! It appears that the hotel owners take a lot of pride in their rooms. But, I think the best thing about the Inn was their service. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and pointed us in the direction of some good restaurants we could order for delivery. Niko (I’m not sure if that’s how it was spelled) the groundskeeper was also very helpful and told us where we could find a store close by to get some drinks for ourselves and the kids. In the morning we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and our server who helped us was very helpful and very friendly. She checked on us multiple times throughout our meal to make sure we were ok and brought over a full pot of coffee for us to keep at our table. Sweet sweet lady, my kids wanted to come back to our room to eat so she came back for our dishes and was very sweet and helpful. Upon leaving Santa Fe we left to a “resort” in Colorado and we were let down with the service but maybe it was because we had just come from the Inn on the Alameda.
Thank you so much for your detailed review, especially your acknowledgement of our caring and hard working staff. All the individuals you mentioned take pride in making sure each and every guest has a safe and memorable experience, what a great compliment you have paid to all of us at the Inn. Happy Travels and hurry back.

My husband had a perfect stay at the Inn on the Alameda. We only stayed here for one night, but wish we would have stayed longer. The room was small, but still very nice. The lobby and sitting area in the main building was very lovely. Monse at the front desk was very nice, we enjoyed talking with her. She was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good and we had dinner there the night we check in. The outdoor patio is so cute. The location of the Inn is perfect. we were able to walk into town from the Inn in no time at all. We were also able to keep our car at the Inn even though we checked out. I t was nice that parking and breakfast was included with our night stay. We would stayed here again.

We spent three days here while in Santa Fe. The minute we checked in we were greeted by Monse and Juliana with huge smiles and a warm welcome. What a beautiful place to stay. It was 45 minutes before our room was ready so we went to Joe's Tequila Bar and hung out with Jose and Dennis (for three hours) who were just delightful. We did finally make it to our room, which was fabulous, very clean and extremely comfortable.. The Inn has a shuttle that will take you to wherever you want to be dropped off within a mile radius. Rachel dropped us off the following morning at The Georgia O'Keefe Museum, which was great. Heidi picked us up later that afternoon at the square. The next day Rachel took us to the top of Canyon Road and we worked our way down. The breakfast provided in the morning from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. was a great way to start the day. The food was fabulous, with my favorite being the chilaquilos with spicy chorizo! The service at breakfast was great and all of the servers were kind and so personable (I'm sorry that there were so many to get their individual names). Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. We loved our stay and will certainly be back on our next trip to Santa Fe!

From the amazing front desk- thank you Terry, to the restaurant staff to the wonderful room this inn should be at the top of everyone’s list who plans to visit Santa Fe. Our casita was perfect- opening onto the outdoor dining room; the room was complete with a fireplace and patio. The bedding was the best, the breakfast each morning was delicious and we took advantage of the free shuttle every day. We will definitely stay here whenever we come back!

It was the first time for us in Santa Fe and at the Inn on the Alameda. Great location, exceedingly friendly staff, nice breakfast, shuttle service (we did not use), clean, great air conditioning and restaurant on premise that not only serves breakfast but also lunch and dinner. In the room for improvement category: needs updating. Simple changes such as refreshing just the lamp shades, painting scuffed walls, fixing caulk in bathrooms, changing lightbulbs in bathroom to warm light, would make a tremendous difference. I offer the suggestions very respectfully.

There’s lots to like at Inn on the Alameda. The location is prime, not far from the Plaza, very close to Canyon Road, and along a lovely tree-filled stretch of Alameda Street across from the river. Breakfast is included and is a step above other hotel breakfasts. Everyone here was very friendly. There is a hot tub and complimentary shuttle service (didn’t use either) along with free parking. Our room was clean. It’s a nice place, but we didn’t care for our actual room, which seemed in need of updating. I preferred other hotels in Santa Fe more, so wouldn’t stay here again.

This is an adobe style hotel that offers free breakfast and is within walking distance of the Plaza ( my husband and I are in our 60’s and we walked) the hotel does offer a shuttle as well. My only complaint is the parking. The parking lot for our room location is very narrow. We were in a big truck and parking was difficult. I wish when it was built someone would have designed angled parking with one way in and one way out. If you’re driving a smaller vehicle it’s fine. I would have given a higher rating otherwise

The Inn on the Alameda is a wonderful place to stay during a visit to Santa Fe. The establishment is so traveller friendly, paying attention to the little amenities making a visit so special. The staff, to a man or lady, are extraordinarily helpful and kind. A terrific southwestern breakfast is included and there is ample free parking. They have added a shuttle service into the heart of the old plaza which makes life so much easier rather than endlessly looking for a place to park. The hotel is located very conveniently for shopping or sight seeing. The atmosphere with outside patios and southwestern decor makes he traveller feel as if he or she is in another world.
