The Inn on the Alameda is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. The Inn consists of three buildings, one of whcih houses the reception and dining rooms. Our room was large with a most comfortable king size bed, lot of storage and a fireplace. The bathroom was generously sized and modern. There was also an outdoor... More

Stayed two nights in #304, a suite on the third floor of the "middle" building. Plenty of room and a large but not very private deck that I assume anyone can use although there are few rooms on the third floor. People do exit through/across this deck to go down the front stairs leading to the street. I noticed other... More

I stayed here for a week with a group of 20 other artists, and bar none, we all loved the atmosphere, delicious breakfasts and great location. You can walk to every place in town. Each afternoon we gathered during the complimentary wine and cheese hour to show each other the artwork we had produced that day. We developed a real... More

Great wine and cheese! Nice breakfast. It is close to Canyon Road art shops. Hotel is not far from the downtown area. But VERY ordinary rooms for the price. Surprised to see this hotel so highly rated.

I really wanted to love this hotel, as it was pet and LGBT friendly, and let me start buy saying its very pretty, I had a charming courtyard, and the wine and cheese was a nice amenity. however, the core function of a hotel is to provide a comfortable place to spend the night, my room was very small, but... Since 1983, my husband and I have traveled to Santa Fe and to the Inn on the Alameda as our favorite destination to relax and to absorb the culture and the arts. We have always stayed at the Inn because of its warmth, personal touch, delicious breakfasts, etc. Recently , in the past 15 years I have brought friends with... More

I picked this place based on reviews and was not disappointed at all. This is such a nice place to stay and so pretty and clean. We had a patio outside our door that was lovely. The girl who took our reservations was so helpful and also got our reservation at Geronimo restaurant the next night. The staff were so... More

The Inn on the Alameda is a quaint hotel with a prime location to both the central plaza area as well as to the galleries on Canyon Road. The staff was very accommodating regarding requests; they even took us to the trailhead on Upper Canyon Road. All galleries and restaurants are within walking distance so you are within 20 minutes... We were on a Mother-Daughter get away trip and your Inn met every expectation. We would stay there again in a heart beat! Your staff was terrific at the reception desk as well as the bar and kitchen service at breakfast. Thanks to all.
