My wife and I returned to the inn for the third time this past December. Our room was wonderful, the staff polite and helpful, and the breakfast and wine time good as always. We look forward to returning soon.

We have stayed her several times in every type of room, and have NEVER been disappointed. It is a charming, cozy, intimate boutique hotel that envelops you in the ambiance of Santa Fe from the moment you walk in the front door. The rooms, staff, amenities - all top notch! Their breakfast buffet offers an extensive array of hot and...

Stayed here four years ago for New Year. Staff very hospitable, room comfortable and overall wonderful stay. This time the only negative was food in the onsite restaurant - stew was cold, service a bit sketchy. Breakfast buffet and afternoon wine and cheese were great though. Would definitely stay here again and perhaps the dinner was one of those "Rare"...

We stayed at the Inn on the Alameda in October 2016 and had a wonderful visit. The room was spacious and clean, tastefully decorated and felt very private and comfortable. I am a hotel snob and really couldn't find anything to criticize. Breakfast pretty good, not great although their was plenty to select from. We would return again. We were...

Wonderful stay in a cozy Casita! We arrived and were in a Casita without a fireplace - I had assumed all Casitas had one. Tom found us a couple rooms to choose from and found a wonderful one with a fireplace. Always a relaxing place to be and a very easy walk to the Plaza or Canyon Road.

Staying in the SF plaza area is expensive, period. I've stayed in numerous hotels and B&Bs in this area, and the Inn on the Alameda is a most excellent option for the money. The amenities provided (full breakfast, wine/cheese social hour, local transport, included parking) make this a best value. The facilities themselves fit the SF architecture, rooms are of...

Dear 099695. Thankyou for your generous and detailed review. I am glad you found our staff to be friendly, professional and accomadating. I truly appreciate your candid comment regarding some that needed a little costumer service training, while even a great employee can have a bad day, it is very important to maintain the high level of service we take...

We stayed two nights over New Years and would recommend the Inn. We walked to both Railway and Plaza areas, and everywhere in between. They also have a car that will deliver or pick you up. Good parking and very nice rooms.

My husband and I eloped in Santa Fe over New Years. This was the perfect place to stay, peaceful and quiet. We had a fire burning in the kiva the whole time. The staff is very kind and helpful, they surprised us with a bottle of local champagne on the evening we got married. We are very pleased to have...

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptional. Very clean rooms. Food was excellent. We really felt at home. We were able to walk to all of the sights we wanted to see because of the location. Scheduling a shuttle was easy and very timely.
