Wonderful 5 night stay at this beautiful property that is careful to blend in appropriately with the stunning landscape. it's great to be a little outside of Santa Fe to experience the lovely views. All the amenities are great and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Even on a July 4th weekend it never felt overly busy. As you would expect with Four Seasons they get all the little things right as well as the big things. The GM, Bixente, went out of his way to help and takes great pride in running the hotel well and making sure guests are having a great time at the hotel or outside it. Hope to come back again.

Booking a few nights at the Four Seasons Santa Fe was the single best thing I've done for myself during quarantine. You barely need to leave the resort to have one of the most relaxing, nurturing, peaceful, and uplifting experiences I can imagine. I spent three nights at the hotel, and during my time there slept better than I have in a year, got an incredible fresh perspective (and some air) on a hike with a knowledgeable leader, did a great yoga class, had a massage with a sage ritual add on that possibly changed my life, had a fire butler come and build a fire in my room any time I wanted, ate the hotel's excellent food, and was generally blown away by how caring, attentive and personal everyone at the hotel was. I am already looking forward to my next trip, and can't thank everyone at the Four Seasons enough for such a wonderful experience.

We didn’t have a single significant instance that went wrong, rather it was a series of disappointing service for a Four Seasons at this price point. Concierge made reservations for dinners reservations and horseback riding in advance of our arrival, and working with him was a great experience. However, days later he wanted to change the horseback ride to mid-day, so we ended up canceling. And when we received our itinerary only one of our dinner reservations was listed. I asked about it and they booked us at a different restaurant for Monday evening. Luckily, I was able to find the original reservation by calling the original restaurant and confirming myself. I went to the Spa to pick up a few items and waited 10 minutes with nobody at the desk at all. The yoga instructor showed up, checked her schedule and left without attempting to find someone to assist me. I ended up leaving and going back later. Terra service was lacking overall. For breakfast, we asked to sit on the terrace and were told that wasn’t possible as the cushions were wet. However, the next couple arrived and were easily seated at the terrace, and even had an umbrella moved to their terrace table. In addition, we asked for ice and it never arrived. We had drinks at the bar one evening and were offered a “taste” of a smoky tequila. I declined as I’m not a fan of the smoky flavors. They poured it anyway AND charged us, we had to go to the trouble of having it removed from our bill. At dinner, we again asked to be seated outside and were told there wasn’t an available table. One table was available and set for four but shortly after we arrived, the settings were removed and it would have been just fine for us to sit there. We ordered chicken, and were told we could select white or dark meat, neither of us got the proper order. We also ordered a bottle of Cakebread and after our first pour, we poured it for ourselves. For the price point, it should have been decanted and poured by the wait staff. At this point, we didn’t plan to have drinks or dinner on property again outside of breakfast on our departure day, due to the service. Yet, at check out, the bill included a charge for a bar tab, and we hadn’t been on property at all the day of the charge. All said, a huge shout out goes to housekeeping, valet, adventure center, maintenance and the online chat team, they were all great and basically saved this experience on behalf of Four Seasons brand. Essentially, the back of house rocks, but the front of house needs work.

Not the standard of a four seasons property we expected. Rooms are nice but way over priced. Remote rooms and a walk to get to them. Not necessarily a bad thing just know it’s a spread out property. Over all condition of the property we felt was tired and in need of improvement. Just the little things and attention to detail are lacking.

Have been a guest here before. Location is a quiet retreat. Requested a quiet, private suite which was assigned and the days spent were without issues. Restaurant has good choices and staff are mostly helpful with a few exceptions. All in all very good.
