Thank you, thank you! You take us back in time along with modern conveniences. My daughters and I had the best time in your cottages. Campfire every night along with flying kites in the meadows overlooking the harbor. Life at its best. So comfortable so peaceful. Look up and there are Bald eagles circling above. A lil piece of heaven... More

Four nights at Roche Harbor for a work conference was a pretty nice place to be. A few highlights: my room (in Quarryman) was beautiful with a great view. I saw a room in McMillan, very nice as well, just different. Room fixtures are all high end. Lunches and dinners were excellent, with great presentation. Without fail, all of the... More

@kevin_from_AKandCO thanks for the excellent summary and detail of the resort experience you had earlier this month. I'm glad to see we provided such an all-around fun stay - and a comfortable one. Sorry to hear the breakfast options were too limited...you're right, we do offer the hearty traditional breakfasts for much of the menu, and several days of breakfasts... More

Roche Harbor may not be a hop, skip and a jump from anywhere, but the "challenge" of getting here offers a HUGE payoff. The Resort is gorgeous, diverse, compelling, romantic, full of life. Nooks and crannies offer continual surprises. A variety of room offerings and settings. The food?!? Over the top in preparation and flavors - presented in an understated,... More

@Patty C On point. Especially the bit about "more work and LOTS more reward." We're glad you had such a terrific stay, and experience so much of what our little rock has to offer. How could it get any better than a humpback?!?! Sam Jacobson, Lodging Director More

The room was wonderfully laid out. The oversized bathroom had a soaker tub as well as a large shower and double sinks. The fireplace was on, welcoming us when we walked in. All views were of the water and the living room area was large and comfortable. The room had everything we could have wanted and the spa products were... More

@56Jeannette A warm welcome (especially with a fireplace) is a great start to the stay...I'm glad we were able to keep up the efforts with the soaking tub and spa-like feel throughout! Everyone deserves a spoiled-rotten getaway every once in a while...let me know when we get to host your next indulgence! Sam Jacobson, Lodging Director More

Great place! Perfect for wedding groups or families. Stayed here in October 2014 and was very happy with the house, location, views, rooms, and service we received. Would definitely go back with a group

@Tomhartnett You're right: Almost Heaven is a fabulous house to host a stay with family and friends, and acts as a wonderful basecamp for the wedding. The three levels, rooftop terrace with fire pit, and on-site services really add to the experience. I'm glad you found it so great. Sam Jacobson, Lodging Director More

We just spent two nights at the McMillan suites and what a great place for a short stay with beautiful views from our very comfortable quality room - we ate breakfast at the Lime Kiln restaurant , had dinner at McMillans and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of walks in the marina and up to the airport and beyond - everything... We cannot say enough about Roche and it's staff. We stayed in the Macmillan suites for our 1 yr anniversary and had such an amazing time. We were married at Roche 1 year ago and it was so special to be able to go back and have an entirely new and memorable experience.

We needed a quick get-away before the Northwest Monsoon season kicked in and Roche Harbor was just what the doctor ordered. We stayed in a cabin facing the bay. The view was incredible. Since school was back in session, it was relatively unpopulated but the weather was still very nice. There were no TV's in the cabins and the Seahawks... More

We had a wonderful getaway at Roche. We went in October, a quiet time. Summer season is fun too; very busy with boaters and families on vacation. Our room in Quarryman Hall was just lovely. Stayed in a Quarryman queen suite for 2 nights, eating at both the Lime Kiln restaurant for breakfast and McMillans for dinner. Beautiful and peaceful setting in this quiet off season time.
