The website suggests space full rooms. This is a bit misleading to be honest. The good things are that every morning you have a great breakfast served, and if the weather allows, you can sit on the deck. But sleeping is a bit less comfortable than at other places. You can not stand up right in the front room, and...

Was so looking forward to this stay. We had the salon room, which is at the front of the boat and includes the main living room, bathroom and bedroom. Very cozy and warm, with lots of wood. The bedroom is done very romantically. TV, and a fire place, portholes for air. Comfy bed, if a little smaller than a queen....

Dreadful. Bathroom is unusable. Old, un-clean, front door closer is a bungee cord rather than a lock. No tv, no wifi, no water at night! Breakfast was well done. Sorry, better to pay a little more and get what you pay for. The island and town of Friday Harbor are charming and well worth visiting. People were friendly and charming....

My husband is a sailor going way back and I've been on large sailboats for vacations several times over the last few years so this was a fun and different treat. Yes, the Slowseason has some age on her (this gave it character for me) but we loved it and had a great time. We stayed in the aft cabin...

The owner was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. But this boat is WAY overpriced!! I cannot believe they charge guests what they do to stay on their boat. The carpet looks like someone cut it with and exacto knife and just threw it down on the floor. When you open and close the bathroom door chunks of carpet come up...

We stayed in the larger of the 2 suites aboard this boat and it was a surprisingly large space. It is decorated nicely and the bedroom has a small gas fireplace that helps to take the chill off when the mornings are cool. The owner's daughter cooks breakfast and we had some amazing and filling breakfasts. When the weather is...

We had such an amazing two days aboard the Slowseason. Laura was there to great us as our ferry came in, gave us the history of the boat, and got us acquainted with our accomodations. She was incredibly easy to work with, so very friendly, and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. We called with an inquiry around...

If you do not mind small quarters and "roughing" it a little, this is for you. You need to shower at the marina building and there is not a lot of room, but the experience is fun. If the weather is good, buy a bottle of wine and sit on the deck and enjoy. It was very quiet and no...

Sleeping on a sailing ship in the Friday Harbor Marina was exactly the right thing to do for an authentic San Juan Island vacation. We rented the fore cabin which included a queen size bed, the mid ship living room area and private bath. It was more like a suite. We were encouraged to use the common area kitchen by...

Everyone should experience sleeping on a boat at least once in their lives! Wharfside B&B was a terrific surprise my husband planned for myself and 13 year old daughter prior to a 3 day sea kayaking/camping trip in the San Juan Islands. The “cabin” space was incredibly quaint and comfortable. Being situated in Friday Harbor with water and boat views...
