I spent a weekend in San Antonio for the rock and roll marathon, chose this hotel because of its location, a few steps from marathon finish, the riverwalk and La Villita. Staff was always friendly. But the place needs some improvements. Breakfast is average. Rooms...More
We booked our hotel and had a prepaid confirmed confirmation. Upon arrival, after searching forever to find a parking spot, we were told that they had accidentally overbooked. Horrible customer service.More

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate the input referring to our staff and location. We hope to someday have another opportunity to host your stay.
No restaurant on site but there is a pizza place next door. I do not think there are any suites or jacuzzi tubs. The balcony rooms do not have private balconies. Nice place but probably not for romantic getaways.
