The lobby staff Seoyoung gave the warmest welcome I have ever experienced. The room was clean, mattress is in good shape, so I had a good sleep. All the exhaust was gone. The window view from my room is facing the river walk. This was my 3rd time to San Antonio and finally get to see Riverwalk and actually walk by. The lobby area is new, but since there is a big convention those days, it was a bit crowded. Overall it’s a very good and pleasant experience.
After a very long day of traveling to San Antonio, the folks at the front desk (Erika, Janna, and Seoyoung) were so friendly and helpful. They gave me a beautiful room with a great view of the city, especially by night. And you could walk right out the side of the hotel and be on the Riverwalk.
We enjoyed always the stay at this hotel! All the staff is very kind and amazing! Seoyoung attended us at the check-in and she was very kind and she explained everything related to the hotel very good! We really appreciate her patience and her kindness!
I have stayed in many hotels and a prettier easygoing person but I don’t like multiple BS excuses for a straight forward answer. Let me say this is my first complaint as a Marriott Elite member. This has to do with communication between the Front desk person Zendra and housekeeping. I reserved 2 rooms and asked for daily housekeeping. I canceled service the first day but expected it the next day. While they were cleaning one room at 8:30 I took the don’t disturb sign off the second room and we left for the day. When we returned around 4 pm it was not cleaned. I called the front desk and rather than Zendra telling me hold on while I find out, she started to give me excuses about why it was not done and what I could have done differently with my sign. Then she agreed to send the request. An hour later after waiting they still did not come clean so I called back. I stated we we’re waiting still…. And I got, she ‘can’t reach them, she doesn’t know how long it will be and she can help me’. I’m like ‘well can you call someone to figure this out and let me know?’ She hung up on me. Shortly after housekeeping came to clean the second room and I called back to the front desk and got Ericka. Zendra did not even identify herself on either phone calls. Ericka nicely explained that it is usually within an hour after putting the request in. And that’s all I needed to hear!! So my complaint is with Zendras not helpful customer service. I don’t want excuses on why only one room was cleaned. And it’s ok not to know something, just put me on hold and figure it out, And, for the hotel, why not just have the customer call housekeeping directly. I understand outsourcing, but make it easier for me to discuss directly with who’s directly in charge for this. Every other hotel has a button on the phone for this but this one did not. So please get this fixed.…
Excellent service! We travel with a special needs young adult and Mr. Esteban Ortega and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for our family. Definitely recommend!
Excellent and professional service from the moment we walked into the hotel. Front desk staff was immediately helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean. Hotel is steps away from the famous Riverwalk and adjacent to the. Rivercenter Mall, you dont have to walk outside. Room crew also was very friendly and helpful. Have to bfg I've a shout out to Katayoon, Front Desk (Thursday, March 9th) she is so very friendly and was very helpful with our request, she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
Absolutely Amazing!! Hector & Jordan from the front desk were very professional, knowledgeable and customer service friendly. Every time we visit San Antonio we stay at the Marriott Rivercenter riverwalk. I highly recommend this place.
This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I requested a complimentary upgrade being a gold elite member, the pleasant lady Seoyoung at the desk graciously upgraded me to the 26th floor. It was a weekday and the lobby was not as busy as my last stay. Overall very smooth checkin.
Excellent front desk staffer Seoyang offered above and beyond services for Bonvoy member! Very appreciative of the room upgrade. Thumbs up on spacious room layout and awesome city view from 32nd fls.
Seoyoung the checkin officer introduced me a very nice lounge on 26F. Beautiful scene and good food. And the place is very cozy and quiet. Breakfast and dinner every morning. And a good relaxing place for meeting.
