The location is great with lots to do in walking distance. There are great ammenities within the hotel, the staff is very courteous. There was a housekeeping issue as the bathroom toilet was not cleaned, outside of this the room was great.

Overall Great Trip! New Team on onboard. You can tell the difference who wants to be part of Team Hyatt and who does not. Cory, I know you took over Roman, but small details count the most. Example a free simple smile from your crew. Free water during cleaning of your room. “Attention To Detail”

Great place to stay. Literally walking distance from everything you want to do and see in San Antonio. Staff is super friendly, great rooms and very comfortable. Every room has a view somewhere nice about the city. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Wife, kids and I came to visit relatives and see the river walk. Very expensive, great location, traffic was bad. Tesla chargers played a big role in our decision to stay. We were able to charge when we needed to, without wait. Old hotel with recent updates, like USB chargers in the room and very nice showers/bathroom. Large TV was very nice. We wished the fridge had even a small freezer, like many other hotel fridges do. A microwave would also have been appreciated. Tiny table wasn’t much use for a family of 4. One box of donuts completely covered the table. Kids enjoyed the elevators like an amusement park ride.

Nice hotel, excellent location. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Easy to check in and check out was also easy. Wonderful access to the River the River walk and the surrounding areas. Will stay here again

The hotel is a good place to go because you can just step out onto the river walk. The staff were helpful too. However, room cleaning was not as good as it should have been, with garbage not being taken from the room, the first time before we got there. The sink had problems too.

Excellent location. Staff was gracious, respectful, helpful, and friendly! location is near Alamo, shopping, historical village, and tower of americas. Breakfast buffet was very good. Yummy made to order omelets and waffles! Also offered gluten free options on muffins : )

Great location! If you're planing on just staying by the riverwalk don't waste your money on renting a car. It's a waste of money. Just take a cab. The parking is very expensive. The food at the hotel is good, especially the breakfast. Dinner was good also just a bit salty. The hotel is clean and the staff was nice.
