Very nice Luxury Collection Hotel. Fantastic installations. This is a Old Building completely renovated. But they have to work in the service. The lobby is normally empty and you don't see a waiter or staff personal approaching to you and see what you need. The rest with very nice rooms and swimming pool in a high floor. You work in... The St. Anthony was restored in 2013-15 in a manner befitting the history of the hotel beginning in 1909. The public spaces on the first floor are striking and yet comfortable. The restoration retained many of the original elements of the hotel. Updating but retaining the elevators from a prior renovation added an interesting historical touch. Their entry doors are... I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and each time the service and facilities are a bit better. They need to have better valet and car pick up area. It's on the street and always backed up causing you to get wet when weather is bad or walk a block whenever there is a function. I don't see how... More

If you're into interiors and design then this hotel is a dream. I could have spent hours just admiring the decor and architecture. Everything is absolutely stunning. But of course, you don't stay at a hotel based on the decor alone. Luckily, the service at the St. Anthony is top-notch. It was our anniversary weekend and our had a chilled... More

My wife and I were traveling for a Thanksgiving weekend stay in San Antonio with our 2 1/2 year old daughter. She brought along her beloved stuffed bear, as she always does. This bear goes everywhere with her, sleeps with her at night, and is a treasured and loved friend. We pulled up in our car in front of the... More

The hotel itself was clean, sparkling, plush and felt extravagant. The staff was unbelievable. They anticipated every need and went out of their way to take care of us.Matt was especially helpful when we were leaving.

The architecture in this hotel is amazing. If you love the color green, you'll fit in this place. All of the valet attendants are friendly and check-in was easy. Haunt, the hotel bar is quite cozy. Recommend this place if you're looking for exquisiveness and not far from the Riverwalk.

Dear Ayo L, Thank you so much for your review of the hotel. The color green is actually a nod to one of the hotel's interior designers from the 1960's. Dorothy Draper designed The St. Anthony Club and the dinning room. The color green was one of the colors she highlighted. We hope to see you again soon. Safe travels. More

I'm a local and decided to stay on a slow night in order to take advantage of the freestanding tub at a lower price. I called ahead to ask if rooms with tubs were available and booked through Expedia since the hotel's site had a higher rate. Service on arrival was excellent. Check in was not an issue. I got... We loved everything about this hotel. Typically restored hotels are either overdone or mostly cosmetic with old bones. They hit the perfect blend of update and history. Room was fantastic. Public areas were beautiful. The staff could not have been nicer. It is about a block from the Riverwalk and much less traffic. I would definately stay here again.

Gorgeous and great location...... lots of history to the property. Short walk to Alamo, Riverwalk and Bars. One of the most comfortable beds ever and free brewed coffee every morning in the lobby. Tons of parking options if you don't want to valet. Loved San Antonio and this hotel!
