The best part about this hotel was like his cleanliness and the housekeeping staff as well as that location. Everything else terrible water turned off on one day without notice, two days without hot water, no complimentary breakfast. Fire alarm went off and we were told it was a fire drill but we could clearly smell something burning upon reentry to the building. Asked to speak with manager he would never show himself he would never call us could not recommend. Had no choice though but to stay there for other reasons. Would never return would never recommend

We checked in at night. We noticed the room was not as clean as most Hilton Garden Inn’s. There was some sort of stain on the bedding and you could see footprints on the headboard. The chair in the room was very dirty and so were the walls. The next morning I let the front desk know that the bedding was dirty and so was the headboard. Nothing was ever done about it. The next morning I asked for clean towels. We were gone all day and came back to no towels. There are many hotel options in the area so I would probably not stay at this one again.

We appreciate you taking the time to give us the latest impression of the stay with us. It is surely a matter of concern for us to know that your stay did not match up to the quality that we strive to offer to our guests at all times. We apologize for the dissonance faced. We do hear your suggestions for improvement and I apologize if you did not feel that our housekeeping met your own standards of cleanliness, though our own standards are very high and include checking up to ensure that rooms are as clean as can be. But we assure you that the necessary corrective action would be taken in this regard for eliminating the glitch from cropping up again. Keeping in mind the adverse impact of the virus transmission and the current scenario, we have made adherence to the safety protocols mandatory for all our visitors and staff alike.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews but that was not my experience. First my room was very clean, including the bathroom and shower. I slept extremely well every night and it was quiet. The hotel staff was courteous and they fixed my toilet promptly when I reported a problem. Only negative is no free breakfast but they do have breakfast made to order for a fee. Would definitely recommend and would stay here over the Residence inn across the street (which I have also stayed at).

The hotel staff is fantastic. They have all the amenities you could want at the hotel. The location near the rim which has pretty much any type of food, shopping, and entertainment you would want within a short driving distance.

DO NOT STAY HERE! One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I need to preface with I asked to speak with a manager at least 3 times and they never connected with me so I am left to write a review to warn others. First I had to switch rooms three times. First room was filthy, black mold in the shower, stained walls and furniture etc. My second room someone was clearly staying in. Third room was slightly better than the first but still dirty, do yourself a favor don’t look behind the nightstands or furniture you will be sick! To make things worse they gave someone a key to my room and they walked in as I was changing, embarrassing and alarming realizing they have no clue which rooms are occupied and which are not. Housekeeping came in sporadically over my 4 night stay and when they did they didn't even do a full cleaning. Never made the bed, just put the toilet seat up and changed towels. Weird! Finally my key was deactivated every time I left my room. I finally got to the point that I just stopped at the desk every time I came back to the hotel to have it reactivated. Oh, and upon review of my receipt they charged me for breakfast that I never had! L this hotel is worn and there’s and the management is non existent. The front desk staff were nice but clearly overwhelmed. Way better choices in the area!

Food was COLD on the breakfast buffet, Yea sometimes that happens, but on this occasion we mentioned it and were basically called liars , We were told that 110 is HOT ?? 145 is MINIMUM for health standards nationwide! they had an omelette station and waffle machine but it was NOT included in the $16 precooked breakfast food that was cold ! we were going to use our $20 diamond member status credit for the buffet but ended up having to going elsewhere to pay for a edible breakfast ! We asked to speak with the Manager, and was told there was none there. We called later and were told that we would hear from the general manager ! after multiple attempts to reach him over a couple of days, we gave up ! We are Hilton Diamond members , I shudder to think of how they treat their other casual customers!! It was shocking being called a liar!

We had the worse experience, these guys charge you like a 4-star hotel, and service is 1 star at most, You need to ask for your room to be cleaned which they did not disclose upon check/in. And on the second day we ASKED for the clean-up, but they again did not do it, as a pijama was on the bed?????? How can thst be…. And they where do rushed they left their mop in the bathroom. I asked to speak to the Manager of duty Ricardo Mata, but Matt denied him for me. He said, ‘I don’t clean room’ - just an amazing response. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I have been staying at this hotel religiously since 2021 (diamond member and over 10 weeks annually). So when I checked out of the hotel early due to a family emergency (seriously ill child in the hospital), I thought the hotel would show some understanding of the situation and waive any fee. Rather than waiving the fee, they insisted on charging $50. The manager would not talk to me personally about the problem.

Only by contacting Hilton customer service did I get the fee waived but without communication from the hotel and only a confusing receipt. I also received no communication on a missing personal item that I inquired about. The whole experience was a huge disappointment.

Aside from that, the hotel is “okay”. The hotel is somewhat dated. On at least one stay, the guest laundry, pool, and business center were not functioning (which I’ve never seen at any hotel). They recently installed the soap pumps in the bathrooms, which is kinda gross like a low grade motel. The hotel rarely gets the food and beverage credit right on my receipt. The hotel is in a good location. Some of my coworkers would not stay here.

If you are looking for a regular business travel hotel, search elsewhere. I will not stay here again, and this hotel soured me on Hilton generally, and I will likely be switching to another chain after ~700 nights at Hilton.

It was an outdated poor service add order elevators to exito expensive overcharging charging. Which made the family trip less relaxing. No on site manager elevators were broken. Staff that was to serve us was late

The positive, it is clean. Other than that this hotel is really showing its age. If yo are in a rush and the first one up on your floor you either need to turn the shower for half hour or take a really cold shower. Only one of two elevators worked all week. Overall you can tell that this hotel needs some work. For the little bit I interacted with the staff, they were always pleasant.

We do not currently have a working relationship with Lifetime Fitness for our guests use. We do have a wonderful Pre-core workout area in the hotel though.
