Hotel Emma was a great choice. Close to many amenities including restaurants and local events like the farmers market. Sternewirth bar was excellent meeting place for family and friends. Overall a friendly and welcoming hotel experience.
The Hotel Emma is a stunning property that is absolutely mesmerizing for it's unique and meticulous design. It appears that no money was sparred in converting the old Pearl brewery into a gorgeous experience for guests. But amazingly, it's not the hotel design and aesthetics that makes Hotel Emma special, it's the service. Every single person on the staff is absolutely committed to make sure your stay is once-in-a-lifetime. It's hard to even put in words, but every interaction with a staff member is warm, genuine, and helpful. It's a wonderful place to stay and a magical home base to explore San Antonio and the River Walk. I have had the pleasure of staying at many hotels, but the Hotel Emma is my "Greatest Of All Time." I can't wait to go back and stay again.
Hotel Emma enriched our staycation/babymoon so much with all of the efforts they put into the guest experience. We will remember our stay here for years to come and are most certainly committed to revisit. The food, drink, and atmosphere of Hotel Emma is enough to make you never want to leave the property!
Great hotel & staff that made you feel welcome the moment you arrived. Staff was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the property and very informative. Food was incredible at Super. Restaurants in the Pearl area were some of the best I’ve eaten at in San Antonio. Definitely will be staying there on my next business trip San Antonio.
The hotel was beautiful. The industrial and rustic interior was a lovely touch and did not make you feel like you were staying in hotel. My wife enjoyed the very quick room service and lovely beauty salon. We will definitely be back in the near fututre
If you want to feel welcome, comfortable and chic in a non-pretentious way the Emma Hotel is for you. Beautiful Southwestern/mission style furnishings brilliantly compliment this turn of the century Brewery that is the foundation for the hotel, no detail was spared to blend the two into a swanky yet accessible forum.
Excellent in everyway. This hotel is very special and different. Did a great job in keeping with the Pearl Brewery history and influencing the entire Pearl district. Very high end service and amenities Beautifully appointed. Very nice dining. It is one of my favorite hotels in the world.
Hotel Emma, Yes, Please! I discovered this hotel via Travel and Leisure and then decided to splurge. The hotel team engages with you in email before you check in and we had hand written notes every day. The history of the hotel as a former brewery is intriguing. Make sure to read the and study the pictures in the hotel’s common spaces. Pluses include coffee and small pastries in the Library, a gem of a space off the lobby. Get to coffee before 10:30am as it’s all wrapped up by 11am. The front desk gives you a wooden token for a free drink when you check in. Two choices were offered by a really special bartender, offered in the Library until 9pm. That was a special treat. The hotel is part of the IHG hotel group, that includes Inter Continental. I was able to redeem points for $100 my final bill. I love this hotel and will be back! Only problem was that our room was directly adjacent to the fitness center and we were woken up by people using the treadmill because it vibrated in our room (room 347). Our room was one of the few facing the River Walk so it may be better to not choose that!…
From the moment you step out of your car, to entering the building, to opening your room door - Hotel Emma feels like home. The team I encountered made a point to welcome me with every interaction, and, learned my name. I highly recommend partaking in each spectacular service and opportunity offered.
Experiencing the atmosphere of the hotel and hearing the story of the Three Emma's is one I won't forget. Every person was friendly, every detail was perfect, every service was beyond expectation. I highly suggest staying here to experience the beauty that is Emma #1. :)
