Our weekend at The Emma was very memorable. We will definitely return and bring friends with us to enjoy the environment and the exceptional service. The historic Pearl building has been beautifully transformed into a variety of well-designed spaces that contribute to a very inviting hotel. The welcome cocktails and non-alcoholic choices were very nice after travel.

The Hotel Emma is a stunning property that is absolutely mesmerizing for it's unique and meticulous design. It appears that no money was sparred in converting the old Pearl brewery into a gorgeous experience for guests. But amazingly, it's not the hotel design and aesthetics that makes Hotel Emma special, it's the service. Every single person on the staff is absolutely committed to make sure your stay is once-in-a-lifetime. It's hard to even put in words, but every interaction with a staff member is warm, genuine, and helpful. It's a wonderful place to stay and a magical home base to explore San Antonio and the River Walk. I have had the pleasure of staying at many hotels, but the Hotel Emma is my "Greatest Of All Time." I can't wait to go back and stay again.

You will love this boutique hotel. It's got a nice ambiance, interesting history, lots of downtown San Antonio sites within easy reach and impeccable rooms and service. Highly recommended for staycation or touring downtown.

We really enjoyed this hotel and the location on the Riverwalk. Excellent staff and accommodations! We had dinner at Supper which was very good. We would also recommend Larder that has cookies, breakfast items, coffees and snacks. The Kolaches are wonderful!

Great experience, awesome location and service. Fantastic rooms and staff. Highly recommend. Very popular place with tourists but hotel guests have a nice private experience and lots of perks. The best stocked non-mini-bar i've ever seen. The hotel bar is an amazing experience with tons of seating, live music and a private mezzanine for hotel guests. The park/plaza gets busy on the weekends with farmer's market and lots of people. Private river-walk cruise as well.

This is by far, one of the BEST hotels we've ever stayed at!! On our latest stay, I arrived solo with our 3 youngest children. My husband arrived the following day. I arrived very late at night and the valet staff went above and beyond to assist me since I had my hands full. The reception at check-in was also very warm and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and oh soooooo clean!! The beds are so comfortable. They provide mist to spray the pillows and linens, and buds for the ears! We've never had issues with the noise level and are able to sleep very comfortably. They have a very generous mini bar with lots of selections! We travel to San Antonio often with our children and take every opportunity possible to stay at Hotel Emma! If you're ever in the area, you should definitely give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!…

We had a night away without kids and enjoyed the places throughout the hotel to enjoy quiet in the guest only library and pool deck. The hotel lobby is a tourist area with high amounts of nonguest traffic which is a fun vibe but being able to escape to quieter spots was a welcome change as well. The complimentary services for complimentary cocktail, coffee in the library, and turndown service really set hotel Emma apart.
