This was our third stay at the Hotel Emma. Easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in; better than the Four Seasons. Loved being able to relax in the library after checkout while we killed time before our evening flight.

Hotel Emma was the PERFECT spot for our weekend getaway. We wanted to be near all aspects of the city which accomplished, but ended up barely wanting to leave the hotel. The staff was kind, helpful and timely. 10/10 will be back again.

Continental breakfast
There's a delightful array of complimentary breakfast goodies served in the library, but nothing like a continental buffet. I believe there were pastries and a great yogurt berry parfait. They have freshly poured coffee on request. There's a few choices for breakfast around though, and a great bakery across the way, Lorraine, and a super coffee shop at the hotel with every kind of coffee store selections and baked goods.

I loved the walk from Hotel Emma to the Alamo, along the Riverwalk. It is less crowded, but, safe, with great landscaping, and other nice landmarks. Mi Tierra is a little longer, but, if you have the time, I highly recommend!
