These people are crooks. They will try and sell you a timeshare and if you don't buy it, which i highly recommend, they will offer you a promo to come back and listen to their speech again and stay at their location for a low rate. They will sign you up with a payment plan, you'll walk out of the door and NEVER hear from them again! I am livid that the only contact I have, I sent 3 emails over the past 2 weeks, tried calling multiple times and only got some questionable receptionist who was grilling me on why i needed to speak with this woman. Now I am locked into coming back to this place. Yet, I cant get in contact with anyone to schedule a trip.
We have been owners since 2008 and we have never been disappointed staying at the Wild Oak Ranch. We make it down at least twice a year and always look forward to the trip. The staff is always outstanding and caring and they always go the extra mile to make sure we're comfortable and happy. It is our little home away from home.
A disappointing experience. The “resort” is tired and dated, and isn’t really a resort. Our room was not well cleaned. The rec center was closed due to renovations. The on-site restaurant isn’t open for dinner and the breakfast is gross… worse than 2-star motel continental breakfast…. Seriously. The pools are nice but not little kid friendly. I would have had a totally different expectation and been generally satisfied had this not been a nearly $1000 two-night stay for our family. Way overpriced.
We were disappointed with the resort. Our room hadn't been cleaned very well and so much of the resort was unavailable. Upon check-in, they made a point to say that the amenities at their sister hotel were open to their guests but there was no shuttle between the two. (We used car/ride services, so didn't have a car). We would not go back.
Came for the weekend to relax. Didn't realize this is a time share property ( I do not and did not do the time share). The grounds are very nice, well maintained. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable. The sleeper sofa is the best one we have ever seen and the daughter said the most comfortable ever, it's more like memory foam. We came for the lazy river. Wife loves them it's her happy place. This is the feasted current in a lazy river I've ever seen. It has a sand beach area, many first come first server cabanas. There is a hot tub with the river. The pool and 2 slides are in its own area. Now the bad. The room needs upkeep, trim around the bathroom mirror is coming apart, bed footboard is loose and the AC (though works great) has the water drip drain in a utility closet in the room and you hear the dripping all night and day.…
