Let me just preface this review by saying that based on the price for the room, I did expect a 3-4 star resort with excellent customer service. What we found was an average resort with below average service. We picked this location because they have...More
We always enjoy staying at Hyatt resorts, this was no different. It's not a full blown resort like the Hill Country resort across the street, its smaller and more laid back, exactly what we were looking for. We aren't Hyatt Club members and didn't take...More

We were thinking of upgrading our ownership but did not do it. Have fun.
