Booked this hotel online and the website put us for 2 queen beds. When checking in the accommodated our request for a king bed instead at no fee. We were very early so the offered to hold our bags so we could go eat & called us when the room was ready. Very nice of them. The room was clean...

We stayed there for 3 nights on a family vacation. The hotel was nice and I thought looked clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. However, on our way back from a long river taxi ride I fell down in the lobby. There was a puddle of water that I didn't see and I bit the dust! There was...

Stayed here on family vacation. The hotel is definately not new and hasn't been remodeled in the last few years...but it was clean, comfortable, the AC worked well, had a nice veiw, the pool was great and the staff was super nice. It isn't a $200 a night place but for what I paid it was fine.

This is not the W hotel. We can all agree on that. I purchased two rooms through Priceline and did not know which hotel I got until after I paid (non-refundable, of course). After the reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, I thought we might as well stay in our cars. My first impressions were NOT good. The hotel was bustling,...

I booked this hotel because me and my family had already stayed at this hotel before and we loved it. Upon our arrival which we paid around $130 a night was not worth it this time. We ended up leaving Friday evening to enjoy an extra night we got there around 12 went to bed everything was fine until the...

My family and I went there this past weekend to have a family getaway before school starts. We arrived Friday and left Sunday. Our room was ok but the view horrible. Our first time in San Antonio and our view was bright spot lights that lit the flags and ac units. Then Friday night the room next to us had...

I have stayed here several times. It isn't the Westin or the Hyatt but you also don't pay those prices either. It has a funky vibe and is great for people who appreciate "different". It is somewhat dated but they have done a decent job keeping up with the times. I would say my biggest complaint is the cleanliness. It's...

We stayed at El Tropicano during our stay in San Antonio. While you could tell that the hotel had seen it's fair share of guests (slightly dated rooms, and hallways), we were very happy with our stay there. The check in process was smooth and easy and all of the staff we encountered were pleasant. Our room had a pretty...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Staff was horrible and our room had roaches. Some of our property came up missing from our room. TRASH HOTEL!!!! Attempted to contact supervisors to see what they would do about our stolen or missing property from our room but never got a reply back in to how a resolution would be reached. Worst experience.
