newer location with a classy look, well worth the money. Located in a nice part of town with many restaurants close by. Safe looking area. An extra plus is the Starbucks coffee sold in the lobby area.

I was in town for my father’s hospital stay and this hotel was right down the street. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a wonderful kind lady at the front desk named Mitzue (Mitzi) She was so personable and professional! She gave me bottled water and even signed me up for their hotel rewards program and gave me a wonderful quiet room at the end of the hall. She truly cares about guest service! I am a former butler on a cruise ship and was extremely impressed! Please keep this woman as she is an asset to your establishment!!

Clean!!!! Pleasant and kind employees! Accommodating! From the pool to the breakfast everything was great! Room was nice and cool temperature wise, after being in the Texas heat! Will visit often. No complaints!

Not the same standard you would expect from Hyatt's brand. The quality was not there. The hotel appears as if it's a cheap knock off. Staff was friendly but the quality was not there. I would not recommend

Don't be deceived. This isn't your normal Hyatt Place... looks good on the outside, but the rooms are in DESPERATE need of renovation. The couch cushions alone are old and the carpet was dingy and felt unclean. We even had to switch rooms when we first arrived, only to find out that it wasn't just a room-thing, it was a hotel-thing. Cleanliness a huge issue here, too. Trash on our floor was always overflowing. Shredded parmesan cheese on the floor a room across from us was never cleaned up -- and we were there for 4 nights -- so that tells you that public areas are not cleaned. Who knows how often they do so. The indoor pool was pretty awful, too. It wasn't warm, and when we went to complain, they said it was heated. I went in the pool to check if the heated water was coming out, and it wasn't. It was cold as ice. And to top if off, my son ended up getting a rash from swimming there on our final day. Not cool.
