Dear Guest, Firstly, Let me apologize for any inconvenience that might have caused during the stay. Our goal to make sure we serve the guests in the best possible way to make sure their stay is safe and comfortable. You claimed there was a glitch, but it was not our glitch to fix as everything on our end was working just fine. Glitch was on the hotelplanner website and that’s why we referred you to reach out to them. As far as We remember the conversation, You started using abusing language towards us as We were trying to resolve the issue that you had with Hotel Planner website. And that was the reason why We hung up on the conversation that was not going anywhere because of abusive language towards us. Your credit card was charged by Hotel Planner website and not us, that’s why we cannot control what they do with your credit card and We certainly don’t manage their website or support them in any ways. We tried accommodate you by upgrading your room When you checked in. But We kept getting repeated emails from you of all threats of posting bad reviews about our hotel and more. We take threats of any kind very seriously and to make sure safety for all our guests and associates that are employed at our facility was thoroughly vetted. In those emails, you stated that you checked in our hotel on sole purpose to spread false rumors about us. This was the reason Why we asked you to leave the hotel after you were checked in and you were completely refunded for that night. Again, We cannot control what you do on your computer and with your bank locally or otherwise. We can only control what we do at our facility. I am sorry you felt that We were not accommodating to you. We wish you good luck and We will continue to strive to provide best guest experience at our hotel. Sincerely, Management.

We stayed here only one night. The pool was green and the hot tub was luke warm. People upstairs were banging all night up and down the hall. Breakfast tacos were cold. No bananas. When we said something it was like “oh well” didn’t seem to care.

Dear Guest, We apologize for your experience at our hotel. The pool was blue but when it rained so much, chemicals never had a chance to work on a water. But I assure you PH was checked and it was good otherwise We would not let the pool open. Please let us know if any point any disturbances occurred during your stay, Our front desk is well trained to handle the situation like this. I apologize we do not have bananas, but we serve Apples, Oranges and Pears every day. I am sorry if my breakfast attendant gave you that answer, I will make sure We train them again to make sure how to interact with guests especially who has concern about something. Again I apologize about any inconvenience that might have caused during your stay here. We will and we are working very hard to achieve and surpass our guest satisfaction. I highly recommend steering clear of this hotel.

My stay was for two nights. After I checked in and went to my room, I checked my bank account and saw that the Comfort Inn had taken out three separate charges. $137 for the two nights, $50 for the deposit, and then a random $68.

I assure you that, this was not intentional. System sometimes act up and We have to go with it as We do not have any other choice on that. But I also assure you, we wouldn't even know that happen to you as our system does not tell us and no one at the hotel has access to that other than the General Manager. I do apologize for any inconvenience that might have caused due to system issue. I assure you that again, it was never intentional. We have issued 1 night charge refunded to your card as We tried discussing by issuing points as you can use that points to earn free night faster with us or any other hotel of your choice. I also assure you that the agent who handed you the fan has been Re-Trained on how to handle the situations like this. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience that might have caused during your stay with us. I assure you We strive on providing best guest experience at our hotel. And We will keep working very hard until we meet and exceed our guests and our goals. Dear Guest, We thank you for taking time to review your stay with us. We are working very hard to make sure all our guests have best experience at our hotel. I apologize that we fell way short for you. We are work in progress and We will keep working hard until we meet and exceed our goals to satisfy our guests needs. I apologize for the allergies to "Air Mold" that might caused due to outside factor. We will work very hard to make sure our guests comfort comes first for us. Please inform us in advance about any allergies and We will try our best to make it comfortable for you. I assure you if we had a mold here at our hotel, We would not be operational. When a reservations are made through third party, We are limited on what we can do. Guests has to call them, they call us and We make necessary changes that are needed. Unfortunately there is no work around that, other than book with us directly. Coke Company was called to shut down those machine as it was management decision. But We do have a Market-Place right next to front desk, where you can buy all necessary items you could have bought from the vending machine. Please book with us directly and all that process will be easy breezy, I promise you that.
