The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! It was supportive and soft; however, it was the service that distinguished this hotel from all others. We chose the breakfast option when booking our hotel, and the staff was top notch! Ignacio was kind and attentive. He went that extra mile for us every day! The restraints hostess was also amazing. We stayed for 6 days and chose to eat the breakfast buffet every day and we never tired of the delicious selections available. In fact, I think I had something different each day of our stay.

A good hotel overall, nothing to extravagant, but a great hotel for the price. Pillows were fluffy, A/C was on point during sleep. Oh! They had an indoor pool, which was a plus for the colder than usual spring break temperature.

Great property, clean a rooms, comfortable bed, clean property , staff extremely helpful and property has a lot to offer line indoor/Outdoor pools and gym I will be making this my Hotel whenever I am in San Antonio . Only negative is that there was a dog a few room’s away from me that kept barking

Excellent customer service. Warm welcome at the front. Choice of rooms! With the Westin in San Antonio, you pick your key on a stand. The type of bed is indicated on the outside envelope of the key. And the higher the key on the stand, the higher the floor. It’s nice if you have vertigo and would rather stay in lower levels. Thank you, Westin @ San Antonio!

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and close to six flags. The one con I would say is the breakfast buffet should have a bit more variety for the price. At least waffles or pancakes. Otherwise no issues .

The beds are always so relaxing, the view is tremendous, and the hot tub is amazing, although I wish they would have kept a hot tub indoors as well, it was still nice. I ordered a drink from the outdoor bar, and paid $6.50 for a half-field glass, I did ask for no alcohol in it, so that may be why it was not full....it was a type of bloody mary. Although I was a little disappointed with the drink, it did not sway my satisfaction with the hotel.

The place and environment were exceptional and rested comfortable. We were passing through San Antonio and shopping for a Prom dress, As stressful as that can be for a teenager we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you for always being the best!

The trip was worth it just to sleep in the heavenly bed! The buffet breakfast was wonderful too. The location is perfect, and the rates are very reasonable. It’s definitely the place to stay in San Antonio .

Great customer service, Michael was a huge help. Made us feel like family. The elevators were really fast. It was very nice to have the Starbucks in the hotel and affordable. Would recommend and will plan here for the next trip.
