Funky, unique hotel in a great location. Very clean rooms & comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the on-site restaurant for breakfast and also for a couple beers at the end of the day.

Loved our visit to Salem, and really appreciated how close this great little hotel was to shopping and dining. Parking is not available at the hotel, but good parking is close to the hotel. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional. Will be visiting again soon and

This is the second time I’ve stayed in the hotel for the weekend. Let me first say that the location can’t be beat. It’s right in the heart of town. The hotel is cute and rooms are nice enough for the price. Staff was friendly. That said, if you’re not a party person and like

It’s quite disappointing to hear that your two stays with us have were not what you were hoping for. While our on-site restaurant and rooftop bar are cause for some more foot traffic throughout the afternoon and evenings, we always do our best to keep noise levels under control and as you noted, will move guests to quieter rooms if available. It’s worth noting that there was a fundraising event happening during one of the nights of your stay, which did include a live band, creating more noise than one will find during a typical night. There was also an incident that required us to move a relocate a handful of guests to new rooms in the middle of the night–again, not something that normally occurs. We’re still confident that we have the ability to provide a top-notch stay, were you to try us again the next time you’re in Salem.

Where ever you go there is a feast to look at. Awesome art work on the floors, walls, beds, and even the lights. Unlimited hot coffee, cold crisp water, No matter what you will never go thirsty at this hotel. Even out the door we got a glass of water. Very friendly service.

Will the restaurant and rooftop lounge be open when the hotel begins accepting guests?
Our onsite restaurant Counter will only be serving beer, wine and cocktails during the month of October and the hope is to have The Roof, our rooftop bar, up and running as well.

Where is there parking and how mych does it run?
Hi Maria, We are still exploring parking options in town, it's a challenge for us due to our location! At this time, the closest parking to the hotel would be the museum place garage just a few steps away.
