As other reviewers point out, the place is beautiful, and the room looked really nice as well. BUT we had trouble with hot water pressure and the HVAC made a noisy, sleep-ruining racket. The room rate looks low, but they tack on a $25 resort fee. The coffee maker in the room made a nasty brew and, even though you...

My girlfriend and I spent 3 nights here for a girls getaway. I really don't even know where to begin. There are great mountain views, but that's about where it stops. This "resort" seriously lacks in service on ALL accounts. It was one small thing after another and I am a firm believer that those small things are usually the...

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a great facility, the pools are great, multiple hot tubs of different temperatures, and in the first week of December the pools are definitely not crowded. There are two restaurants onsite, a bar in the lobby, and a Starbucks for morning coffee - but there is a coffee pot and Starbucks coffee in...

From reservation issues with promised lowest rate for SPG Gold members, which turned out to be not the lowest rate, to internet charges that I was promised would be credited, to false charges from their Azul restaurant which I never visited, I had nothing but problems with this Westin hotel. I had made 5 calls thus far each taking anywhere...

The resort grounds have wonderful landscapes and views; it is also in a great location in Tucson. Other than that, it was downhill from there. We had five rooms blocked off and none of them were ready, we slowly did get our rooms (the last room was not ready until 8pm) To ease the inconvenience, the group were offered $200...

I absolutely loved my stay here. The natural landscapeof the Tucson foothills paints such a pleasing environment at The Westin. If you've never been to the Sonoran Desert, this is the best way to experience the region. Aside from the visual attributes, they also have a wonderful staff. Nels Schroer, in particular, was incredibly nice and swiftly catered to all...

This huge resort was beautiful and made it so our family could come to us. We despise the urban sprawl of Tucson and how much travel time eats out of our visits so we told everyone "come to us!" La Paloma has a gaggle of heated pools, a water slide, swim up bar, restaurants, and beautiful rooms. The weather was...

We spent two nights over the holidays. It's the first time we have not stayed at the Omni. The hotel grounds was very nice, hotel staff was nice. This was a lovely resort to stay in during a recent business trip. Very unique layout with all the Westin amenities you expect. Note that the walkway in between the buildings is very dark at night. Will happily stay there again on my next Tucson trip.
