We were there for a granddaughter's wedding and had requested a king suite. They didn't have one available, so we had to get a queen suite so we could dress for the 3:00 wedding. The towels and bath counter accessories were fresh, but I doubt the housekeeper had vacuumed or

Dear David L, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of staying at our hotel. I do apologize for the inconsistencies you found with our housekeeping department. It appears as though your room did not get inspected prior to your entry into it. Once again, I do apologize for our inconsistency. Thank you.

I recently stayed for a second stay at Homewood Suites but it was the first time since it became part of the Hilton Hotels chain. The property continues to be very well maintained, offer very good service and be very good value for money. After 12 hours in transit, I was

I've stayed at this hotel several times now - the friendly, welcoming staff, full kitchen suites, proximity to walking/biking trails and shopping - and farmers market on the weekends - add to the pleasure of this Tucson foothills location.

Review collected in partnership with Homewood Suites by Hilton
Hotel is in a great location more of the upscale part of Tucson but the rooms are in dire need of updating even the bedding was worn thin, the beds made out backs hurt. The hotel was at capacity and could have planned the breakfast service much better. Not only did they run out

Homewood Suites is one of my favorite properties. Located in the trendy St. Philips Plaza each suite has a full service kitchenette. A dining table with 2 chairs. Separate from the bedroom area is a modern sofa sleeper and chair. The rooms next to the pool open onto a patio and there is a BBQ area where you can cook. The swimming pool is always refreshing. And Susan V.'s review sums up the area and what to do in Tucson. I work for Hilton Hotels and the free breakfast each morning and the Mon.-Thurs evening social compliment this accommodation perfectly for you and your granddaughter...Tracy B. Tucson, AZ

My room was updated and had all the usual trappings. It was in the back and very quiet. Walk was about a minuet or so. Or you could ask for specific things like I did

You should be asking Homewood, or where ever you booked it. You do not have a reservation with me.
