We booked this though a third party website as we usually do now and were not disappointed. Although it is not a brand new hotel we found it to be just as nice as comparable hotels in other cities. It has a beautiful atrium with glass elevators and the room was very large and well appointed with a balcony. The...

Thank you for the kind words and I am so happy that you found our staff accommodating as they work very hard at providing that kind of service. The hotel is scheduled for a renovation in 2017. Thank you so much for the feedback and I wish you Happy Holidays!

I have to take some of the blame since I keep staying here but it is closest Marriott to a 96 year old relative. The place should be bombed and rebuilt being close to u of a only helps with students rooms are substandard lounge is lacking and best of all no deal staff at night so anyone can walk...

Clean room, ample space. Breakfast good, I asked for something not on the menu and they made it for me. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Right on campus, lots of restaurants to try out. They charge for Wi-Fi 10.00 a day but free WiFi in lobby. Parking charge is expensive also. But if you are willing to walk a...

Thank you for the kind words about your stay and the staff. I also wanted you to know that Wi/Fi is free if you are a Marriott Reward's Member. It is free to sign up and you can do so on line or at the property. We look forward to serving you again very soon.

We have stayed here many, many times when visiting our student at the University of Arizona. You don't need a car when you stay at the Tucson Marriott University Park as you are right next to the campus. Restaurants and stores a block away. The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. They could use a bit of updating, but the...

Customer Service was very good at the front desk; valet's were nice, pricey to park for a family, we were placed here for an event, would have preferred a different location, could hear the street noise long after 12 midnight, plus our room (even though on the 5th floor) opened up to the airy courtyard, bar was on first floor,...

Thank you for filling out a review of the hotel. Unfortunately parking in the area is at a premium because of the location next to the University, as you probably noticed, all the streets in the area are metered. I appreciate you letting us know about the calk in the bathroom and that has been replaced. We look forward to...

My wife and I stayed for two nights at this hotel close to the university of Arizona. Our room was roomy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also a good size and clean. Our bed was very comfortable. There was free wifi for Marriott rewards card holders which was pretty good. The room was about $135 per night - with...

Had a very quick overnight stay here and the bed was very comfortable. Close to lots of dining, shopping and U of A. Location is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. One issue was that when room service was ordered, it took quite a bit longer than the 25 minutes I was quoted but it certainly did not ruin our...

Thanks for filling out a review of the hotel. I will certainly address the room service time with the staff so that will not be repeated. The hotel will be renovated in 2017 and we are looking at USB port charging stations. We look forward to serving you again!

Simple marriott but with one huge advantage: if you come to UoA it is inside the campus. While very big hotel it is very simple. Nice pool and reasonable concierge club but limited items and it was very crowded and the furnitures and VERY simple. The rooms are good clean and functional.

I was not part of the logistical planning for the meeting, however as a location for a meeting I think it worked well. The hotel is close to several restaurants, the University, CVS, and the tram. The room was clean and a good size (shared with plenty of space). Also offers a 24hr workout space - actually has 2 spaces,...

I've stayed at the Tucson Marriot 2 times this month and I have to say I am disappointed with the service but also the fact that they charge probably one of the most expensive rates for a 3 star hotel and they also charge for everything else from internet, to parking and even water in the room is charged at...
