Nice hotel, rooms clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Only area to improve would be the lunch buffet. Not worth the money. Not that great. Check out the local restaurants as a back up if you have time.

Hotel had bad carpet stains. Toilets needed multiple flushing Tv did not work A/C made a terrible squeaking sound and needed to be shut off. We have stayed here multiple times. Staff is always very good and friendly. However, the hotel needs a remodel very badly. I hope this is done soon. Hilton is one our favorite hotels. They just... More

In Tucson for the busy Mineral and Gem show, and hotel prices in town generally higher for the period. This Hilton a good value, notches above average accommodation, with very good views to the north from the upper floors, of Mount Lemon and the entire range. Some miles east of downtown, but traffic not an issue.

Let’s get this out of the way now – yes, the hotel is older; yes, the rooms show wear (carpet, furniture, etc.). However, there is more to a hotel than a super modern room. For instance, the staff at this hotel is great. Anna at the front desk is so nice and helpful. She also really takes care of Diamond... More

The Hilton in Tucson is a great hotel with spectacular views of the mountains! The workout center, pool and hot tub are great as well as the breakfast buffet. The restaurant is so-so for dinner or lunch but the hotel is located close to many dining options and Cowboy town is not too far away. This is a great business... More

Photo online is deceiving...hotel is worn and needs to be updated. Upgraded to executive level...not really an exective lounge...7th floor has tables, sofas and tv's with service but not a true lounge but Myoung was very friendly. Got a room that had a leak/clogged sink which hadn't been fixed in awhile. Had 1 maintenance guy and the engineer come to... More

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that you didn't enjoy our Executive Lounge (continental breakfast, all day snacks and Evening Manager's Reception) with panoramic mountain views. I apologize that your sink required maintenance, and we appreciate your comments on our outstanding staff members. We are so happy we could "make it right" for you while you were here. More

This place is ok but that's it. I can forgive a place for being old but not for being dirty. I found my bathroom to be marginally clean - dirty mirror, dirty faucet, counter just given a quick swipe. Kind of made me scared about whether or not the sheets had been actually replaced or if the clearly lazy maid... More

My room was very clean just a bit shabby. The hotel is in dire need of upgrades but i notice this is the case for most hotels in the Tucson area. The food is very poor so i would highly recommend eating out.
