We enjoyed a relaxing stay again at Hilton Tucson East, with comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff and great location near he University of Arizona, Gaslight Theatre. We will definitely stay here again!

The best buffet I had ever experienced for a hotel, food was kept hot and well stocked, never once did we wait for food to come out. I would highly recommend the hotel and it's location for your next event.

This was a great hotel for our long weekend getaway. Close to University of Arizona and a short drive to many tourist locations. We also enjoyed the pool during our down time. When we are back in Tucson, we will choose this hotel

We had hoped for better from Hilton. First off, this was way off the beaten path. Staff were pleasant, executive lounge needs lots of attention. Stale crackers, salsa tasted (and probably was) pasta sauce, slimy pieces of cheese. As for the room, it was just ok...bathrobe belt loops broken, whisker hairs in the sink. We would not return here.

Foodie foodies, First, let me begin by apologizing. Not only did we fail to meet your expectations of our property and company but we also failed you at a time where you needed us to react to your concerns. I stayed at this hotel in 2015 and had an incredible stay. I stayed here last week-Oct 2016 for 8 days and it was an experience from hell. Toilet didn't work, shoer didn't drain,Air Conditioning didn't work (90+ degrees outside), promised to be moved to another room-never happened, vehicle was vandalized in parking lot but they are not repsponsible and...

Hotel is at the end of everything downtown which makes it quiet but a long way from anything else. It was weird hearing the coyote symphony outside my window at night as well. On the plus side the hotel is quite, the people are nice and friendly, and it is clean. On the downside, the air conditioning units are so...

Nice, affordable Hilton property. Helpful staff with courtesy van (very nice driver) for local food, etc. Small bar, but good staff - Mitch & Bryce. Sadly Exec level lounge now charges for drinks with poor selection - don't bother upgrading.

First off let me say that all the people we came in contact with were very nice and attentive of the problems we faced, my only issue would be following through. We arrived to a nice but small 2 queen room on the 6th floor. The temperature was 75 in the room, we like to sleep actually around 66-68. I...

Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Lobby is pretty and rooms are good size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine for a light repast, pastries and coffee were good, nice fruit. Air conditioner was too loud to sleep, when we turned it off we were too hot.

We wanted the hotel to be informed. Changes need to be made to add quality to the visit and thereby make it worth it. Food and menu need overhaul. I salute positive attitudes but execution is the key to success. Most of the hotel personnel we came into contact with are happy to serve and seem genuine. Again it's execution....
