All the rooms are suites which means the adults can stay up past the kids bedtime while the kids actually go to sleep. We enjoyed everything - the atrium, the pool and hot tub, restaurant, full breakfast, full bar. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back when in Tucson.

The room was clean and quiet. It did take a long time to get our room cleaned one day which was frustrating. The breakfast was good, but long lines and not enough places to sit. The furnishings are older, especially the t.v.s. Tried to watch the Final Four and the edges were cut off. I would probably stay at a...

Huge room & very quiet. Carpet could stand replacing as it was stained. Comfortable, could but could use some updates for sure. Very friendly staff. Not a bad place to stay. Was a last minute find, so not a bad deal. Not bad price for the size of room. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Viscount last weekend. There was a function in the atrium with a live band. For any guests staying in a room that faced into the atrium the noise was deafening & made our stay very uncomfortable. Based on the set up of this hotel I recommend that they use their ballrooms for band NOT THE ATRIUM....

Agree with all others that this hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. In the rooms, everything is straight out of the 80's and very worn - dresser, carpets, couches, bathroom faucet rusty and falling apart at the base. Upon entering our room had thick odor of scented spray which was presumably there to mask other smells - it...

This hotel should be closed long enough for it to undergo a complete refurbishment. The location is good for travelers wanting to be on the east side of Tucson. The grounds are attractive and the hotel's layout is interesting: a large, central public space featuring a bar and dining areas, surrounded by four floors of narrow suites. But ... the building...

This could be a really nice place, it has big rooms that empty to an indoor atrium vs a noisy hall and facilities were good. It's located in a good nieghborhood close to restaurants and shopping. You have a nice big sitting room with a small hall, closet space and bath before you get to the bedroom. The furniture is...

The room was larger than expected it would be perfect for families on a budget while traveling. The room had 2 tvs, 2 queen beds and a nice use able bathroom. It's just out dated but over all it was clean. The free breakfast buffet was massive, eggs beans ham bacon corn beef hash and more. They even had an...

I believe every room was booked the weekend of MLK. A soccer tournament was happening at the Kino Complex. I was able to get one of the last two suites with a king size bed, room 202. I was impressed with the depth of the room, roughly 51 feet. The room is divided into three rooms; the living room, the...
