Very disappointed with service. We found a disgusting stain on our sheets. No one was available to help with bags or get valet keys. Multiple times waited an unreasonable amount of time to get our keys from the valet so we could go get our car ourselves because they were so poorly staffed.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed at the Omni Tucson National resort for a guys golf trip this weekend. Got a call from the hotel manager the day before check in that they were in an over-sold situation for the first night of our trip, and unfortunately we’d need to stay at a sister property for that night. While we were all very disappointed, Robert did everything in his power to make the rest of our time at the hotel very enjoyable. They even went the extra mile and managed the baggage transfer between the hotels for us while we were golfing. The hotel property was awesome for what we were needing. We played both of the courses which were in excellent shape, and decently challenging. Having them on property made everything much simpler. Rooms were large, and the pool was a great hangout spot after a day on the course. All of us had a great time, and agreed that despite the rough start, we would all stay at the Omni again.

On behalf of the Omni Tucson National Resort, I would like to thank you for your feedback and invite you to return to our newly renovated property. In spite of your rough start, I am happy to hear that your stay with us ended on a positive note. This past February we reopened our lower campus after a multi-million dollar renovation. Additionally, we added new restaurants, an upscale lobby bar, and our lobby and guest rooms at our upper campus received a beautiful refresh. We would love to have you return for another guys golf trip. Hope to see you again soon!

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are exquisite and perfectly manicured. The casita was spacious and adequate. The towels were some of the best I've had at a resort. The staff is especially well trained. They are very considerate and polite. I had only one problem. I'd asked for my sheets to be changed and they only pulled up the one and didn't even straighten the bottom one. Also, the mattress is in dire need of changing. Hotels should only be allowed to use a synthetic material that can't carry disease or odors. They should also be changed more frequently. It still remains the best place I've stayed when in Tucson.

This was my second visit to this resort for an annual business meeting. The location is good. The meeting space is nice and the banquet food is superior to most - in contrast to many meals, the ones at the Omni were delicious. The guacamole served with breakfast was fabulous. Loved the heated pool and hot tub and it was never crowded. The guest rooms are huge - which I really appreciated while working there with my spouse for a week. I’m not a golfer but by husband and colleagues liked the course very much. The only things I didn’t like was this property is an Omni vs one the larger chains where I could accumulate night credits - but that’s a personal thing. Those with mobility issues will want to ensure an accessible room as most rooms have stairs to enter. Lovely spot with an amazing Mountain View.

I stayed at the Omni Tucson National Resort for a conference. All of the staff from the front desk to the bell captain and his team to the banquet staff to the spa staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and genuine. They treated me like a guest in their home. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was lovely - Very spacious with a fireplace! I had an awesome experience and will definitely be back!

Hotel and room was terrific, spa experience excellent, especially the attention and service, golf course and overall golf experience top-of-the-line. Real problem was food service, wanted a special dinner but Bob's was closed, Legends next best but horrible experience, lousy cold food, had to go find someone to wait on us and to bring food after our order, not up to standards for this resort (or any for that matter).

My husband and I went to visit my son in Tucson, and we stayed at the Omni Resort and I absolutely loved it. This resort is beautiful and practical at the same time. You can rent a room or a casita. We rented the casita and just really enjoyed Arizona in the spring.

Nice resort. Clean rooms and friendly/helpful staff. Played the Sonoran Course and it was in great condition. One thing to note is that if you purchase golf credits as part of your package, you will be charged an additional $35 resort fee on top of the base room reservation resort fee (along with a litany of taxes).

The good part was the staff was very nice. The hotel.... completely outdated. What update? Premier King room was big but extremely old inside, poor views, the pool looks like a run down motel pool - the eateries on site are mediocre at best. Waste of money, I checked in and left an hour later because the property is not luxurious by any means, in fact it's a motel like property. (scottsdale omni MUCH better)
