Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and updated. Bathroom was very small and there was some street noise. Friendly staff. Ask for a room away from the street if you are a light sleeper.

Thank you for telling us about your experience. Of course, we are disappointed to hear that we did meet your or our expectations. The issues with your room do not meet our standards and we will use your input to investigate and improve. We do have security on property and all gates are monitored, but we always appreciate being informed of any suspicions you may have. It's great to hear that you enjoyed our location, large rooms and free breakfast. We hope to have the opportunity to have you stay with us again.

I don't believe there are currently renovating, I didn't see any work being done while I was there. And yes there is a hot tub.

15 minutes. They say 10, but that is not correct unless you are driving very fast or at a time when there is zero traffic (which is rare).
