When we checked in we were given a room on the second floor with no elevator and I am 72yrs old. When I used to toilet, it was broken. The sheets didn't fit properly because they kept coming off. Daily housekeeping did a poor job of following our requests and the cleaning was rushed and poorly done, dirty glasses were... More

I stayed at this hotel during the Gem Fair. They were not prepared at all for the number of guests. The first night, there was no bartender to be found at the bar and at least 10 angry patrons. That same night I tried to eat at the Mexican restaurant, but was ignored completely for at least 15 minutes so... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The food has really declined. the breakfast was just awful, cold watery oatmeal, inedible eggs, unripe fruit. I was on business and did not have time for going out to breakfast. Next time I will

We stayed one night while in Tucson for the International Gem Festival. The hotel was host for part of the event.. Nice, clean property. It was to cool to try out the pool or hot tub.. We had Mamargaritas in the mexican theme restaurant/bar.. nice atmosphere.

Great place to stay. Close to the Reffkin Tennis Center where a college tennis tournament was underway that we attended to watch my son. Our stay included breakfast, we enjoyed the buffet and the servers were very nice. There is an onsite Mexican restaurant with great drink prices. Rooms were spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Direct TV in room... More

We stayed one night at this property. Due to high winds, the power went out in the entire neighborhood at Midnight. However, the Hotel's emergency generator failed to function, leaving the entire facility in blackness. No emergency lighting, no elevators, no sprinkler system pumps, nothing! Fortunately, the municipal power was restored an hour later at 1:00am. It was very scary... More

worth $80-$100 per night. Nothing more. I strongly advise against room service. I was told 30 minutes, yet 75 minutes later the undercooked chicken and cold fries arrived. Would I stay there again, yes, but for no more than $100/night.

Personnel were professional and friendly. Room and facilities were clean and use-friendly. The food at breakfast what not exceptionally different-buffet-but was tasty and buffet was clean. Waitress was accommodating and attentive. Internet service was reliable. Room and bathroom were very clean with lots of extra towels in the bathroom. Grounds were landscaped attractively.

This hotel is a really great value for the money. I needed to be downtown to meet a friend for dinner, and this hotel was perfect for that as it was located in a quiet neighborhood just across from a park but within a 5 minute drive from DT. They do not have an elevator and only 2nd floor rooms... More

Loved this Doubletree, like a little resort. Super friendly staff, great wifi, easy parking, yummy breakfast. Great views from tower. Loved the cookies, and the Hhonors goodie bag. Definitely recommend!
