This place was a real find. The building is on the National Historic Register. The room was spacious, cool and quiet. The innkeepers were very helpful and friendly. Our children were attending the University, and the innkeepers invited our them to join us at breakfast, vegetarian at our request. They are really superb cooks, serving two delicacies I hadn't eaten...

My husband and I stayed in the Nicole Elizabeth Suite and it was amazing! The room is large and the furnishings are beautiful. The bathroom contains a regular bathtub with shower and also a 2 person Jacuzzi tub! There is a door that leads to the outside pool and hot tub area which is like an oasis. There are a...

This was our first time staying at the Royal Elizabeth and it won't be the last. Everything was amazing: beautiful home & room (Sara Page's room), gourmet breakfast, great location, and friendly hosts. Thank you Greg and Joseph for all you did to make this a memorable experience.

One of the recent patrons wrote "Can I live here?" in the guestbook and I couldn't agree more. This lovely bed and breakfast was the best I've ever stayed at. The historic inn is magical and full of interesting antiques. Our bedroom was quaint and comfortable. The luxurious robes and fancy bath products were a plus. The inn keepers made...

Complimentary wifi worked very well and dedicated parking spaces were across the street. The room was very clean and Joseph and Greg made us feel at home. Breakfast was at 8am and delicious and we would stay there...

The room was large with a sitting area and an area for the bed. The bed was very comfortable. The back door of the room led to a beautiful heated pool. The TV was updated and included Direct TV. The kitchen area was extremely clean, it had a fully stocked honor bar, and a large variety of complementary soft drinks.

We stayed in the Rose room for 2 nights. Usually rooms look better online than they do in person, but the rooms all look as good or better in the case of the Liz. Joseph and Greg are so engaging and fun. It was so quiet that we felt like we were the only ones there. To say the breakfasts...

We stayed two nights in the room in the front of the house, with a small separate room with a door to the garden. We are from the East & the B&B reminded us of those in Cape May, New Jersey, in its interior spaces & appointments. The Inn is surrounded by a pleasant garden, lavishly planted with cacti and...

Great location, just south of downtown, walking distance. Joseph and Greg are wonderful and attentive, but not overly so. The breakfasts were just superb, delicious and filling. The honor bar is a nice touch. This is a beautiful old home we completely enjoyed.
