The house is lovely. I've stayed in several different rooms and they are always cozy and well appointed with large bathrooms, plenty of towels and all the little touches you could want. Breakfast is a highlight and a wonderful way to start your day. The location is perfect for visitors to U of A.

Quality antiques galore, lovable dog (Cubbie), caring owners (Mark & Paul), breakfasts fit for Royalty, fun guests to chat with at breakfast, glorious historic neighborhood to walk thru, easy parking, easy to find, an oasis in Tucson in a neighborhood that I never knew existed (and I have been to Tucson 100's of times over 39 years!).

This review is long overdue! I have stayed at the Catalina Park Inn several times; back when my daughter was attending the UofA (1999-2003), and most recently in January 2016. Mark and Paul are all that I remember: charming, welcoming, a wealth of information on the local area and restaurants - and always an excellent breakfast! With each visit I've... More

The owners Mark & Paul were super friendly and helpful. The Catalina is perfectly located for walking down 4th street with lots of restaurants and bars. It is very quiet located next to a nice park. The garden with all the cactus and plants is just amazing! Bed was super comfy, bath has everything you need, everything is clean and... More

Upon arrival we were created by our first names by the owner. Given a tour of the B&B and shown are room (west) which was clean, well maintain and as described. It close... More

Any opportunity you have to stay here take it. Find a reason mine was moving my daughter out from U of A for the summer. The rooms are clean, comfortable and charming. They are large and bright and have really comfy beds. The inn keepers are warm and friendly. The breakfast was delicious served at a large family table perfect... More

A girlfriend and I shared a room in this wonderful old home near 4th Avenue, close to a bustling area of shops and restaurants. I stayed in this B and B back in 2000 and never forgot it. The room was full of wonderful art, featuring a dynamite collection of Fiestaware pottery in the bathroom! The whole place is eye... More

The owners are gracious hosts. The Inn is lovely in every way - clean & quiet facilities and outstanding breakfasts. What more could you want? Located close to the U of A and downtown. In a cactus garden setting.
