My entire staff started poorly, when I called the hotel to enquire where the shuttle bus was (I had requested the shuttle meet me earlier in the day). They had no knowledge of my prior arrangement and offered no explanation. The hotel IS close to the airport, so that may be a virtue. Three different nights (We were there for... More

We stayed here for only one night and thought it was great for the price. The price was about $100 dollars less than the other Casino in the area. We had a king room with a balcony. It was a good size and clean. We had no issues with the room. The hotel is separate from the Casino which is... More

It was refreshing to find accommodations that were quite nice and separated from the casino floor by two corridors and a lobby. If you were attending a convention at this facility you did not have to go near the casino. Which translates into enjoying a quality stay with no cigarette smoke or noise. I appreciate that type of consideration for... More

Desert Diamond is a wonderful place. Great, clean rooms, nice casino, great food selections, friendly and helpful staff...I could go on and on. Not one bad thing to say! I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area!

I have stayed here numerous times, and it's my wife's preferred place to play. The casino is nice but relatively small in size, the hotel is also small but well appointed and the rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. Drinks are reasonably priced as is most food items, there is a Café that has an amazing Bacon/Blue Cheese Burger, a... More

Nice comfortable room with lots of space. Enjoyed the meal at the seafood buffet. Had a great time in the casino. The night manager, Sandra, was an absolute joy. She answered all our questions and helped us book two future stays.

We booked a three night stay (which was a special offer) and that is always a little scary when you are not familiar with the property. However, the front desk clerk was extremely personable and helpful and we quickly felt we had made a good decision. The hotel was wonderful in appearance and cleanliness and our room was much more... Small shabby little property just on the other side of the airport. Terrible food choices , the buffet looked like something out of Vegas vacation. The table games are a rip , not one winning hand in watching 20 people.

I had booked 2 nights however, due to a family emergency a very nice front desk person whose name I don't remember cancelled my second night without charging me. The room and bathroom was very clean. Staff I ran into were all very pleasant. Spent most of the evening in the casino. Didn't use the pool but, was told it... More

The hotel was nice. The casino smoky. But my hubby won 450.00 bucks at the slots so that was nice. The pool was closed when we were there. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay again.
