It's the little things that count, especially when you travel on business. I wasn't offered water at check in and the two at the front desk didn't know the prices when I asked to buy some. The rooms are dates and average, however the bed and linens are comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive and the chef remembered...

Price is okay - staff friendly - room comfortable, if a little odd-shaped. Breakfast good (though melons were bland and not sweet). Free shuttle to any other location within 5 miles - was useful since our conference site was at another hotel.

This hotel has a beautiful mountains as a backdrop. The area is well located as there is lots of dining and shopping nearby. We were in town for a gymnastics meet at the University of Arizona and the hotel is about 6 miles from there. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel! The new remodel looks fantastic! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Definitely my go to place to stay in Tucson! I tried out the new sofa sleepers and was very pleased at how comfortable the memory foam was without that middle back bar that typically is so annoying.

The rooms with a view of the mountains are excellent. Others have commented on road noise; however, with the windows closed we heard no road noise at all and we were in a corner room facing most of the traffic. We have stayed in many Embassy Suites across the country and this rates as one of our top choices. The...

We wanted a nice hotel in the foothills to spend New Years Eve, and we were not disappointed. This place is a hidden gem. Our check-in experience took less than three minutes, as we are Hilton Honors members. We were in our second floor suite and looking at an amazing view of the Catalinas within five minutes of arriving at...

Stayed in January of 2017. Clean hotel that caters to its customers. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is made to order or buffet style. Both were excellent. Complimentary drinks from 530 to 730 was a great time to unwind with some drinks and snacks.

Terrific place, beautiful hotel with gorgeous grounds. It's built into a hill so the lobby floor is 2, kind of unique from my experience. The staff were uniformly friendly and happy to help. Mountain View room is just that, and it's a beautiful view! It's also closest to a moderately noisy road. It's nice the hotel is so very quiet...

Great big room, very clean, outstandingly helpful staff! One thing that's true is the mountain view rooms do have a great view, but that's also the side nearest a noisy road. Next time I'd ask for a courtyard view.

This Embassy was very nice. Looked fairly new and well kept. The staff were great and the rooms clean. The mountain view first floor rooms were more of a view of the parking lot. I recommend going to upper floors to see the mountains better. The hotel is near several restaurants and is in a more upscale neighborhood, but it is...
