As a long time member of the La Quinta benefit program I was very disappointed in the quality of my stay. Inoperable plumbing, dirty furniture, and general lack of physical maintenance within the room lead to this bad experience. The front staff was very polite and efficient and the general appearance of the facility indicated that an effort was made...

We had a third floor room facing the beautiful Catalina Mountains. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Using the thermostat was a little tricky. The staff is very attentive. The complimentary breakfast provided a choice of cereals, breads, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, bacon, etc. The breakfast staff kept all the areas very clean and well stocked.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Our room is always well situated for our pets and comfortable! Breakfast is just okay. Quiet and convenient. Room was well appointed, tv worked great and bathroom was clean.

We spent four nights here during the week of Thanksgiving. The first thing I noticed is that the carpeting in the elevator, hallways, and rooms was old and very dirty. Outside of our room there were tiny but visible pieces of trash everywhere. It obviously hadn't been vacuumed in some time. The very first night the adjacent room generated noise...

From the moment my husband and I pulled up to the hotel we were so impressed! The lobby is stunning, it's in a peaceful neighborhood, yet close to a main street so you can find your way! It's a beautiful hotel inside and out, well maintained especially since it's dog friendly. It's located on a main street so you can...

Our room was well equipped and the bed was wonderful. We had problems with the hot water(the building we were in had a boiler problem) and staff offered to move us to another building, however the issue was fixed when we returned later that day. The hotel is in a great area, plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay...

My parents are in their mid 80s and pretty demanding. They came to my house for Thanksgiving only after throwing up many hurdles including wanting to stay at a dog friendly hotel overnight. I made an error in making their reservation for the wrong night and the staff at La Quinta could not have been more helpful and calming (it...

Greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Lobby is beautiful and area seemed quiet. The facility is older but appeared well kept. We travel with a dog, which is probably why we were given a room at the back. The carpet was so stained that we kept shoes / slippers on at all times. There was a terrible smell in the hallway...

First, Alan is a tremendous. He could be a front person at any top hotel. Second, lobby and restaurant were fine and clean. Unfortunately, the grounds were filthy, and the corridors and elevator were not much better. I've stayed there twice before, and this time made me feel dirty. Ice machine didn't work.

This hotel is located in a quiet part of town & the quietness is carried into the hotel. We are light sleepers but were not disturbed. The rooms are a fair size & well equipped. The hotel foyer is large & airy & there is a fairly large breakfast area. Would probably stay there again if in the area. The...
