Good cheap option for just spending the night and nothing else. The rooms are clean and it has a wide variety of TV channels. Doesn´t look nice on the outside, though. The room is equipped with refrigerator, microwave and a big-sized screen.

The room wasn't clean and looks horrible! I had to leave to find another hotel. You must let people know that this hotel has homeless lurking about. It was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel . Very disappointed!

Our room was really smelly and naturally I had to think it is dirty. The bed and the pillow were surprisingly comfortable. Although the toilet seemed clean, the shower stall wasn't cleaned properly and still had hair in it. The room was equipped with a modern TV, a microwave and a mini fridge, but we didn't use any of them....

No complaints, very old but clean. If done up properly would be very quaint. Nice steak house right next door to walk to for supper. Good location for going to the Tucson Parade. A little noisy with traffic.

The family running this motel is very friendly, and accommodating. The hotel did not come with shampoo, for example, but they gave me some. The rooms are very old and worn, but are kept respectably clean. However, the hotel shows its age, with a loud air conditioner and chipping paint in the bathrooms. The location, near the VA hospital and...

This place is a rare find. It's nothing fancy, but it is cheap and clean, and when I'm on a road trip that's really all I want. The family who owns this place were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get something same or better than the online reservation deals just by walking up. The rooms are all...

The hotel disappointed a bit.Everything inside looks old but clean.I agree with other reviews that it's cheap, but there are other hotels nearby even cheaper.Though there are some positive moments, for example,WiFi was good and fast. The pipes are definitely old there as I had to wait for red water to run out first. But trying to be objective in my review,of course it's...

Well, what can I say? This is about the most basic hotel I have ever stayed at. No phone, no pool, people back in so their plates are concealed or whatever their reason would be. Smaller, not so clean. No restaurants close, lots of hotel competition in the area-for the price you may can find a better one.....let me tell...

While this was an older complex, it was simply fabulous and it had covered parking, which was awesome!! Only a few rooms, so it was nice and quiet. All single story. This place may be older but the couple who owns it was very sweet. Upon check in they provided us water and pepsi! He escorted us to our room...

safe, friendly staff, good tv and clean. they even gave me bottles of water when I left. I recommend this place for sure as theres nothing bad about it. the only thing was there was no shampoo but that's okay because you pay for a room. just bring your own shampoo.

“Just go talk to the guy or gal and the front and tell them what you want.”

“Stay up front near the office.... It is just too coveted in the back like perhaps locals stay extended visits here. I work within law enforcement and I thought it odd that everyone in AZ parked with their plates concealed but out of state visitors parked front first. My gut was that they didn't want their license plates seen. It wasn't an easy back in either so it would have had to be a reason as I mentioned because the hassle of backing in defeated the ease in pulling out easier. I only saw one tenant in the 24 hours I was there. Just kind of felt a weirdness or uneasiness here as if everyone there knew each other and an out of state visitor was definitely known to be a non local. My not be the safest hotel due to the area of being off frontage road of Benson Highway-not a lot of anything going on after dark that I wanted to experience I suspect. Use a stall, it is more private and lit than taking a chance on someone hitting your car. I would say your chances of having your car damaged, stolen or being stolen from are less of a percentage than your car being hit if you park along side of your hotel. All going just from gut here. If you are using Kayak, Hotels.com, booking.com Hotwire or Expedia, do not be surprised if your quoted rate is not what is actually charged. Pick a room where you test your AC before you decide to stay in your room.”
