This is a great place to stay with a family. We stayed in a spacious 2 room suite with a balcony. Decent wi-fi, strong, hot shower. The woman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. The games in the lobby area are fun, and the pool looked great. We will stay here again.
All in all, had a nice stay here while visiting relatives in Tucson. There were a few issues but, nothing to serious. Positives was the room itself was nice and the bed comfortable. Had two I guess 40 inch TV in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was nice and had everything including a dishwasher , blender and frying pan. Another positive is there is plenty of restaurants in the area to enjoy. There is some traffic noise because of the location. We stayed on a room in the 2nd floor over looking the parking lot which also having some noise. The clerk warned us about the noise about the traffic. Because of covid, you have to make an appointment for them to clean the room. The noise issue didn't really bother me. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
David, Karla, Sabrina, and Shari have all touched base or rather maybe we have and all have been super super helpful - my hubby and I both use canes so we always need a little extra help; hubby is blind and oh yea did I say we are above 70 and 80 so with the canes goes without saying all help is appreciated. So since we were here last game room has been added which is great for families. We still miss the restaurant but understand and on Speedway there are so many restaurants and everything else is a click away - so when you think of it you have a multitude of menus to choose from. We are in a suite and I wish I could simply reserve it on a permanent basis - it is sooo comfortable (course we love their beds!!) and in this suite the shower is so perfect for an older handicapped person. Thanks Diamonnd.…
television in living room was not woriking for two days, it took me a couple of trips to the front desk to have it fixed. other than that everithing else was ok. also, it would good to have a funnel in the kitchen.
Karla at the front desk is amazing. Great people skills that make all the difference. Anyone in the hotel industry could learn from her. She is what *customer service" is all about. Thanks Karla for making a difference and putting smiles on our faces aa soon as we walk in the door.
