Perhaps in need of some updating TLC, but overall, a fine choice of a place to stay while in Tucson. This hotel had an excellent location on Speedway Blvd. We went out a number of times, and from our home base, we reached everything quite quickly. All rooms are Non-Smoking. We rented a 1-bedroom unit. 2 people can sleep in... More

As a DRI member this resort doesn't fully live up to everything I would require, however, having said that, for this visit all we required was a base to explore and VCA-Tucson was everything we required. We had a 1 bed unit and albeit smaller than other DRI properties we had stayed, the usually comfortable bed and friendly staff made... More

Customer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any circumstances. As this resort has not been updated, yet, to the Diamond standard you have become accustomed to, please understand that we have a renovation project in order to have the quality of this resort more accommodating. We hope you return when the updates are... More

While the people were very helpful and friendly it could not mask the tired furnishings and poor layout of this place. The two bedroom we had, had the most uncomfortable dining room chairs and high back chairs around the very small counter. We had 6 of each of these and there was no room to even place them where they... More

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years when we come to visit family in Tucson. Always clean, staff is incredibly friendly, rooms are spacious comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Pool and gym facilities are in excellent condition. No complaints other than ask for a room that faces the pool. If you get a street... More

We stayed here for a week for golfing. It was within 30 minutes of the five golf courses we were golfing. We had a two bedroom suite with a small but very well equipped kitchen. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. Great small but well equipped workout room. The spa and pool were great after a day of golf.... More

Spent a few days of relaxation in Tucson. As a Diamond owner was a little surprised that this property was more of a hotel than a resort. But it was still very nice. The accommodations were nice and it was quiet. The pool and spa were relaxing. Staff was professional and nice.

It is a very clean and bright. The staff is friendly and quite elpful. Although it appears tat it may have née a hotel at one time...it was built in 1998 as a time share. We stayed with friends who are Diamond Resort members, but "anyone" can stay there. The 2 bedroom configuration is kind of "strange" . The guest... More

Booked a 1 bedroom for a short 2 evening staying. It was far from the golf course, but sure appreciated having the extra space after a long day out on the course. We had a newly renovated room facing the pool. Was greeted each time by friendly staff.

We are Diamond Resort time share owners and used our points to stay here. The location was quite convenient to all we wanted to see and do in Tucson. The room we had was just fine. A king bed, patio overlooking the pool, kitchen with small dishwasher and 2 burner stove top, frig, and microwave. Table sat 4. Comfy, but... More

We booked through our RCI and it was the first time we were out west. At first we were disappointed with the location on the corner of 2 very busy streets in the middle of the city but found it is actually centrally located for visiting attractions(there is so much to see and do!)One bedroom condo on 2nd floor has...
