I have stayed in several SPG brand hotels and can say they are of high standards but this Sheraton was kind of disappointing. I can understand issues with construction going on, but this hotel in general does not measure up to the Spg standards. I didn't try restaurant here so no comments on that. Service at reception desk was less...

Services are not good, it takes ages to get any service. Breakfast is bad, same buffet on daily basis. Restaurant people are not friendly at all and keep on changing their statement on daily basis. Better to stay in a lodge than this hotel.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am sorry to hear that we were not able to exceed your expectations in our restaurant when you visited. The buffet will have small variations form day to day, but the foundational items do remain consistent as we find those be most popular among our guests. We also have an a...

I stayed there for 6 days and pulled up to park and construction people working on the hotel had the 2 handicap places blocked with materiel and a forklift. Room we were given was right above that so starting in the morning the noise started. There was no room service menu in the room or towels. After 2 nights we...

We have stayed there for 3 weeks during the Tucson Gem Show period. The room we got has been updated however due to the construction is onsite I was bitten by bugs. It's probably from the construction but I had a swollen bite on my neck for 3 weeks. The staffs were nice except they won't budge giving me breakfast...

Thank you for sharing your comments with us and being a loyal SPG member. Guests who book their reservation via points would still be entitled to their membership privileges. Club Lounge access is provided to our Platinum guests with the exception of reservations booked through third parties and online booking sources which negate eligibility. Please accept my apologies that we...

The Sheraton name has really become the middle to low end of their brand. It is more of a Comfort Inn with a low end face lift. Much better options for business travelers like me. The upkeep was poor, the service was exceptionally poor. On a cold Tucson night when my heat didn't work I was offered a space heater...

Wife and were put in what the receptionist called "newly renovated room" If that was newly renovated, I'd hate to see what the non-renovated rooms look like! Washroom, for example, had new floor tiles as well as tiles around the shower (including the floor). Yet, the ceiling vent looked better part of 50 years old (rust around its edges) and...

I got this hotel via Priceline. I was given one of the renovated rooms. About 1/3 of the property is undergoing active renovation with workmen busy during the daytime. I joined SPG some time prior to this booking and made sure to double-check and confirm the membership so I could get points on this trip. Contacted the property. If you...

We had a day off in Tucson and were put up at the Sheraton. Getting to the rooms was a bit of an adventure. We had to walk by a whole section of vacant/under construction rooms. It was weird as there was a lot of construction debris and dust everywhere. There wasn't a whole lot of effort put into hiding...

On this business trip I was curious to try out some SPG properties, and since my experience at the Four Points was so horrific I refused to even stay the night, I thought I'd give the Sheraton a try. When I arrived the clerk had an annoying habit of saying, "And with all that said, welcome home to the Sheraton."...
