If your goal is to waste money on an up-market trendster hotel that is run with all the competence of a youth hostel, you've found the right place. Knowing I was arriving late I called Aloft Tucson University to explain. "Yeah, no worries" he says without even asking for my name or reservation. Arriving the receptionist had no clue what... Greetings, I am so sorry you didn't experience the fun and energizing experience that is Aloft. I also apologize I didn't get a chance to speak with you on Saturday; both myself and our Refresh Manager were on duty that day and Sunday our Front Desk Supervisor was on duty. We certainly value our gold members and I do hope... More

I stayed here for a week during the last week of October. It had a hip vibe to it and the room was well set up to meet my travel needs. The sheets on the bed were a bit rough and my room overlooked Speedway Blvd. I could hear people drag racing down the street at night. I wish I... More

Thank you for your feedback. We will certainly work on the dispensers. You are correct, we are located on a busy street right at the University of Arizona. We do have ear plugs available, just check with our Front Desk Talent. Thanks for staying with us. More

If you are visiting the University of Arizona this is a great place to stay. Clean, modern, close by and a pleasant staff. You can walk to any place at the University or jump on the tram to downtown Tucson.

Such a nice hotel! Very modern, clean, and edgy. The staff are helpful and friendly. Located on the edge of Greek row so it's close if you have students living in house. The accommodations are spacious.

Ok, not great. Picture of pool on webpage does not appear to be of this property. Staff did pretty well. Room could have been cleaner. Ceiling in room looked very bad. Nails visible in fabric panels hung from ceiling. The Aloft brand has great potential. They need better workmanship in the construction phase to improve the overall experience.

I've stayed here twice. Don't know exactly why a second time, but I did. The first time going was mainly because I wanted to stay at all the hotels in Tucson and rate them and have the experience. Rather its cheap or expensive, scary or welcoming, luxurious or run down. One of the reasons I wanted to check the Aloft... More

This hotel serves a specific purpose - being close and convenient to the University. It is great for that! I highly recommend packing your own bath products, specifically shampoo and conditioner because this hotel provides "all-in-one" in a wall dispenser. It turned my hair into sticks.

Thank you for the review and staying at Aloft Tucson University. I am sorry our Bliss bath products did not do the trick for you. I do understand the all in one products don't always work for everyone. More
