Of course every one has had their bad stays with hotels, but I can definitely say this is my worst experience ever! When we got checked in, turns out they checked us into a room that was already occupied! The young guy was very nice about it, but it was still an inconvenience that took about 20-30 minutes to fix...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at Aloft. I am sorry that you experienced difficulties with your check in. We certainly want each of our guests to have a great stay with us while in Tucson. I do understand that the zero balance folio can be confusing, it merely shows that the room, tax and incidental charges, if...

This hotel is located on the intersection of two busy streets and sits diagonally across the intersection from the health science campus of the University of Arizona (the campus is in an L shape with the health science campus on the top of the L). There is a lot of traffic noise that despite the heavy glass windows, was very...

Thank you so much for the review. You are right, we are in a great part of Tucson right across from the University of Arizona, in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. We are in the process of getting that window fixed. It is a bee bee hole that was generated by one of our younger guests. So no worries! Again...

Stayed at this property for 3 nights while my mother was in the hospital and the staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Edward went above and beyond! He is an asset to your hotel and deserves praise and a raise!! Thank you Aloft Tucson for the wonderful hospitality! Rooms were clean and hotel is located near great amenities.

I like the modern concept of this hotel. But, I encountered many problems: 1. You cannot adjust the shower temperature from outside the shower before you step in, unless you have super long arms. This is because of a poor design with a glass door located too far from the faucet. 2. Shower door is not water tight at all....

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry the shower design did not meet your needs. The Aloft design team constantly works on improving the modern design based upon feedback such as yours. I apologize for the air conditioning being loud. We do have central units here so I hope we were able to take care of this during your...

First the good and great. Great location walkable to The University of Arizona. Nice modern W-like design. Corridors were clean and nicely lit. Elevators were fast. Aloft is right next to charming/funky Sam Hughes 1920s Historic Neighborhood. I do like the W-Hotel-Light concept. Not as luxurious or bold, but a much lower rate. Fine. My husband and I appreciate efficiency...

I was traveling from Texas to California and found Aloft on a booking site. I was hesitant to book, because of SO MANY people complaining about this place for one reason or another. However, I noticed management quickly responded to each complaint, which gave me the impression staff truly does care. I rolled the dice and I'm glad I did....

it's an issue if you offer guests the option of not cleaning the room in exchange for loyalty points but then you just don't clean ever. the bathroom was dusty and dirty, the sink was broken, the elevator is dingy, the fitness room wasn't clean for the few days I was there (same food crumbs around the weight benches). It...

Thank you so much for your feedback. You are correct, when you make a green choice, you opt out of housekeeping services in exchange for either points or a $5 voucher. We are happy to service the room though and opt you out of the program on any day you would like your room refreshed. Again, I apologize your stay...

I was in Tucson for Christmas with family, traveling with my dogs, Miss Elliot and Peaches... Aloft is dog friendly... and close to a nephew's home... They position themselves as somewhat hipster... They pull it off in a good way. Rooms are small but very nice and modern. The public spaces are welcoming... calling you to particpate. I and my...

As I read through some reviews on this property, some seemed overly harsh, and I was pleasantly pleased with my experience. First off, you have to understand that this is a young person hotel. They are trying to appeal to the millennial travelers and those who want a participation trophy just for checking in. They have some cool communal areas,...
