I stayed here for 5 nights this month and it was a good experience. The room and hotel was clean and furnished with fun decor. The location is alright, just on the edge of campus. There is some food and entertainment around, but your better...More
You cannot beat the location if you're in town for an Arizona basketball or football game. The lobby is nice and had a lively bar, which this particular weekend was packed with Oregon State football fans. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Our room...More

Thanks for the great comments. We are happy to give you an extra bar of soap. Our bliss body wash is really great though!
This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean (the shower is huge and amazing) and beds are really comfortable. The staff (both at the front desk and at the bar) is really kind and polite. The hotel is not very central but...More

Thanks for the review! I will share your comments with our Refresh team. They are passionate about their work.
The Tucson Aloft, though a beautiful hotel, lacks some amenities I would have expected. Poor arrangement of the bathroom/kitchen area (seriously, the mini fridge is under the bathroom sink), with no area for dressing privately. A simple accordion style screen would have solved that problem....More

Yeah, Phone number is 520-908-6800, front desk should be the first to answer and possibly the only ones to but whoever does I'd just say "I would like to make a reservation." Or even asking them if they have rooms available or what their rate is for that night.
One thing I should mention is if you tried calling overnight or early morning there might have been a chance that the front desk person had to use the restroom or take something (like towels) to a guests room real quick and wasn't at their desk when you called (if you did, not sure if you attempted but no one answered or was generally needing to know how to book a room) since typically there is only one of them working when its overnight. Hoped this helped :)
Hi, Caroline! It's connected to a mini mall and a shopping center, so it's convenient. The area seemed safe--it's just surrounded by parking lots so there's the traffic to consider. Wishing you a great trip!
