Arrived late after a long bike ride, stayed as it is next to the freeway & we didn't want to spend time trying to find a hotel at night. 1st impression the reception area was very nice & staff helpful. Went down hill from there, rooms very dated and need redecorating etc, noise from the road as the windows dont...

Don't park here for gem show - security gives people inadequate information on where to park. Car was towed - $241 for taxi/tow yard. Apparently this happens a LOT and seems to be big joke between Carls Jr. parking lot (who much be making a ton of money off unsuspecting folks), Days Inn, taxi company and tow company. What a...

With the Gem Show coming up they were pretty full and did not offer the breakfast they advertised. Poorly maintained. The headboard fell on my head. Glad I only had to spend one night.

There was dirt and mold around the entry door. The safety lock on the entry door was missing. I complained to the desk and...

Well, we paid very little for our intended 4 night stay and got even less on the very first night. The room was alongside a very busy road, the...

Lets start with the keys, never worked twice, you have to get them rekeyed EVERYTIME you want to get back in. The sheets were top flat sheets, queen size on king size bed. Hope you like sleeping on a bare mattress. The chairs in the room were grossly STAINED. Not just minor spills, talking like big, half the cushion stains....
