Never join their PLAYERS CARD program. I'm a long time video poker and card player at Caesars properties in Las Vegas and have their highest level player 7 Stars.I gave Casino Del Sol a chance. Reached highest level Onyx in less than 4 months. All perks were great and I reached $130,000 in jackpots(while in profit). But then I noticed that the winning stopped. As soon as I reached Onyx level nothing but lose, lose and lose. I did not know why all of a sudden I could not even win one jackpot. But then I started doing some research on my own, since I am software engineer and big data nerd. Concluded my card was the problem. Del Sol controlled my play. It is ILLEGAL to manipulate odds, but where is the Gaming Commission? Who do I complain to? Corruption at its finest. All I know is that Caesars properties in Las Vega has never done this to me. All play is fair in Nevada. If you want to have fun and have a chance at winning at this casino then decline to use a players card. From my experience and research, Del Sol cannot control slots/tables if you are not signed in with your card. The facilities are great, the workers are cool, and the concerts even better but the way they rigged my gaming is just not acceptable. I rather save the gambling money and take it to Las Vegas for tons more fun and fair gaming. Even my parents were affected since I used their home address, and all of a sudden they also stopped winning... Save your money and go gamble somewhere else.

I've stayed at casino del sol many times this time had a couple problems first they decided to close the pool early if the pool is supposed to be open till 11 it shouldn't close at 1045 also the last day of my vacation was spent trying to get the 700 dollars they overcharged me back since they couldn't do a simple transaction the manager told me he could fax a letter to my bank so in order to do this I had to file a claim witch suspended my card leaving me broke & frustrated thanks del sol I know 700 isn't allot of money for you but it ruined my last day of vacation

Unfortunately, after all the times we have stayed at this particular casino, we have no other choice to report negatively. The overall experience from implementing our promotional offer to housekeeping problems was a disappointment. No one wanted to do the job of entering our promotional stay. Had to get the go around through three different people to finally make it happen. This reservation was made in May. Just want I wanted to do on vacation, deal with problems. Then we had to call for housekeeping three times for various reasons, but the main one was getting our toilet cleaned. Crazy. Finally, the last night before we left, we got our toilet clean.

We had a nice room with plenty of space and a very nice desk. We had an excellent meal at the PYSteakhouse. The atmosphere was very nice. Good Soup and sourdough biscuits. My wife doesn't like sourdough but liked the biscuits. The Seafood platter was outstanding. We substituted more shrimp in place of the oysters. The shrimp were large and tastee. Plus split crab legs and petite lobster tails. My wife loved the pure horseraddish so she could spice up the cocktail sause. It was my wife's birthday and they offered a free dessert but we had to pass cause we were too full. The prices were a little high but the meal was excellent. The service was very good. We split breakfast at Moby's. It was good food at a reasonable price. No problem having a split meal. Good service. There were a lot of different slot machines and they let us play. We actually came out ahead for the weekend. We had a great time. We will come back again.

Travelled to Tucson for birthday celebration after receiving generous offer from casino. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We ate in PY Steakhouse for birthday dinner. Delicious. and Moby's for some good breakfast food. We will return another day, especially since the slot gods were good to us. Thank you Casino Del Sol for a great birthday celebration.
