Room with two queen beds were terrible. Food at Mobys was awful. Pool closed at 8:00 pm too early. Check in at 4:00 and check out at 11:00 rip off. Bingo caller was not articulate and could not understand a word he said I could go on and on. Never again

july 4th i checked in . check in time was 4pm. The next day with out getting into detail i was called around 7pm frm the first desk tht i could relocate in another room tht i purchased for the 5th of july. I was told i could move into the room at any time. Later i called for room service around 7:40 am 8:00 am i asked if i could order food and was told tht they wld have to call me back . bc of the house keeper needed to allow her to know about my room. It made no since bc check out was in the next few hours are so. i very respectfully told her not do worry about it and went on my way. Hours later once i was in my 2nd room i then went down stairs in pain bc i didnt take my medication for my knee tht i had surgery on . Because of issues ive had with the front desk i felt i was blocked from ordering room service. I went to one of the burger spots in the casino . A staff actually walked me back up to the front desk and gave me an option to order take out or to wait an hour on the waiting list. There were many empty tables. i was able to talk to the supervior i was told there where not taking anymore orders. Harassed by security followed lied on and treated like i was running from the law

Casino Del Sol has been a popular destination for locals and tourists in Tucson for many years. With its hotel, outdoor amphitheater and large gaming venue which includes a huge bingo hall, it's like a little corner of Las Vegas just outside the city. There are several restaurants inside the casino proper with something for everyone from fish n' chips, burgers, Asian, Mexican and Italian. We recently happened upon Bellissimo, the Italian bistro, and it was surprisingly delightful. Though the decor and ambiance in the restaurant is rather plain and simple...lacking any indication of the Italian motif, the food and service is far from it. With a hefty, but not ridiculous menu ranging from appetizers thru dessert there's a bounty of Italian entrees to choose from a pasta medley to lasangne, chicken marsala etc. For lunch We went with the Eggplant Parmesan and the Meatball sandwich. For starters the medley of Italian olives was plentiful and delicious with 5-6 variety of well marinated olives. The eggplant parmesan was enough for three meals. The eggplant smothered in cheese and a tangy red sauce, surrounded by pasta was a big hit. The meatball sandwich with three gigantic and savory meatballs surrounded by provolone in the red sauce on a hefty Italian roll was equally tasty and enough for two meals. Surrounded by parmesan fries for an army this "lunch" option could not have been better. A glass of wine and a Stella accompanied the meal. Water with lemon is presented immediately upon seating. The full service bar with sports running on the big screens non stop is situated so not to disrupt diners, but easily accessible to the gamblers on the slots/poker floor. Price is typically casino fare....very reasonable. The service at Bellissimo was attentive and easy going. Here's a gem inside a well known and managed casino. Casino Del Sol offers plentiful free parking and valety. There's a small smoking section in the center of the gaming floor.

From the moment of checking in with Roy at the front desk to checking out with him again on our way out, I must say all our time spent at the Casino Del Sol was just an amazing experience. We ate in all five outstanding restaurants, gambled, enjoyed the luxuriously appointed bedroom and spent hours pool side. So very happy we stayed here for 10 days. A shout out to Benjamin for keeping us relaxed with his excellent food and drink service out the Oasis pool side restaurant and to Jessica with her top shelf housekeeping. Such a clean and comfortable room. We highly recommend the “Sol of Tucson” Ernie and Jean

I stayed at the Casino Del Sol and it was a nice stay. I ate at OY Steakhouse and it was delicious. The pool is very nice as well, the only thing is the rooms need to be renovated because they look drab.
