Cat Mountain was my home for two night a couple weeks ago. As usual I found it delightful. The wifi was out and that turned out making it even more enjoyable. I would have been working if I had wifi, but as it were, I relaxed! Yippee! Don't miss this charming place. And Coyote Pause Restaurant was up to its... More

We had the most amazing time at Cat Mountain Lodge; loved everything about it!! All rooms are equally beautiful, comfortable and decorated in the style of the area; we had the ranch room. We highly recommend Cat Mountain Lodge to everyone visiting Tucson! Coyote Pause Café had the most delicious food and we enjoyed many breakfast/lunches there. The murals and... More

Our family of four stayed here one night and wished we could stay longer! Located just outside the city, room was clean, the beds were AWESOME, and the area was quiet. Plus the stay came with $10 voucher for each person for either breakfast or lunch. We had lunch at the restaurant on the property and it was delicious. We... More

Okay, first did you notice that are not many local options. So, location, location. You do get dropped off and left alone. Leaves the first night as shaky or warm as the City and neighborhood you came from. We live on the south side of Chicago, so more alone time than we needed. After that we got to know the... More

What a great find. A serene place to stay on the edge of the desert yet still quick and easy to get into the city. The inn keeper, the shop owners, and the restaurant staff are all so warm and friendly. There is a great place to sit and watch the birds. A great walking path through the desert. Food... More

I loved staying at Cat Mountain Lodge! Set in the natural beauty of the Sonoran desert, this B n B is restorative and serene. The rooms are arranged around a garden courtyard with a fountain and places to sit and relax. I booked the Fiesta room which was roomy and comfortable with Southwestern décor and a large window with a... More

I've stayed there twice and I'm counting the days until my next visit. Everything mentioned on the web site is accurately presented. The rooms are attractive, comfortable, and clean; the staff friendly and knowledgeable; the setting quiet and spectacular. I spent many happy hours at the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, a short distance north on Kinney Road. If you are... More

This was my third visit to Cat Mountain. I stayed two nights in Fiesta. I love the quiet secure setting. There is a fantastic Chinese Restaurant not too far away called Bamboo Terrace (Ajo Way and Mission) and my long time friend from Green Valley met me there for dinner. I had a drawing class at the Arizona Sonoran Desert... More
