Good location not far from university area. Clean room, well organized for 2. Very good shower. Fridge and microwave were useful. Main floor room easily accessed from your vehicle. Bit concerned about the area when we first arrived but turned out to be fine. Restaurants in the university area were a short drive or long walk away. Check in fellow...

Terrific motel close to the University. Friendly staff, clean room, wonderful bed and they even have light breakfast! My favorite part is sitting outside in the corner and just visiting with people. The motel offers that kind of friendly feel. We stayed there last year for the Festival of the Book and plan to stay again next year. Tip: book...

The welcome at the reception (both arrival and departure days) was rather cold. Room was pretty big (although rather old) and comfortable enough for 1 night and quiet. The wifi and breakfast buffet were definitely positives.

We were so grateful to met the friendly helpful staff in what could have been an extremely dicy situation during the rock show. Thanks for the help and basic but clean and well managed. Great on a budget.

All things considered this hotel did a fine job clean, adequate continental breakfast and exterior was well kept. Being an older hotel it had been upgraded upgraded. Another plus, they have a no pet policy.

This was the low end of our motel stays while in Arizona(13 days). Family run business, needs up dating badly. Close to park, where street people were seen, not that, that is of any concern, if they are not bothering you. The continental breakfast was pretty well non existent, with no place to sit and serving sweets and coffee. We...

Stayed here for a couple of nights when visiting the Saguero NP district. Anticipated it being good for restaurants etc as so close to the university district. The location was reasonable, especially to drive to the NP. It was a bit of a walk to the uni area when we wanted to eat, but there is a brilliant vegetarian restaurant...

As motels go, this place was very good. The bed was soft, room was quiet and bathroom looked brand new. There was a fridge. Reception people were extremely friendly. While breakfast choices were limited, the doughnuts were exceptionally good. They were bakery quality, not stale junk out of a supermarket box. I was tempted to go back for more! It...

As a woman traveling alone, I did not like being in an area with a large number of suspicious looking people across the street at a park. The hotel staff locks this side at night. I did manage to go on a nice morning walk and the neighborhood on University Is quite beautiful.
