We have stayed at Peppertrees multiple times and it is ALWAYS excellent! Ron and Jill are such great hosts and Jill's breakfast are to die for! She is amazing! I recommend staying here for relaxation or if you have a student at the University of Arizona. It is much better than staying at a hotel! Now that our 2nd child... More

My husband and I had the absolute best experience at this beautiful bed and breakfast. Everything from our arrival to our leaving was done so tastefully and professionally. We showed up about an hour earlier than scheduled, and Jill was so accommodating and helped us into our suite, even though we were the ones at fault with arriving at a... More

The Peppertrees B&B is a modest collection of bungalows surrounding a charming garden and babbling fountain. The garden is home to birds of all sorts, some of which play and wash in the fountain. Jill and Ron, the proprietors, are kind and friendly and reserved in just the right balance. Jill's breakfasts are absolutely fantastic; I have never had better... More

Charming, peaceful, pleasant private bungalow. Clean and tidy with thoughtful amenities. The bed and linens high quality and very comfortable. Our privaate porch arranged for comfort and the grounds green and relaxing. The breakfast was AMAZING! I wish we would of also eaten dinner offered by the inn. The hosts were pleasant and professional. This is the best b&b I... More

I was looking for a place to stay in Tucson last minute; hotels were almost fully booked and AirBnB 's results weren't too nice. Then I found this B&B. I am HAPPY I came across their website. The reservation was VERY easy! Location is wonderful if you like walking around towns. Tucson's UofA area is pretty cool, with many restaurants,... More

We stayed at Peppertrees for one night on January 26th, in the king suite casita. It was the only room available when we booked, so we took it as we were going to a concert at Centennial Hall on the U of A campus, and it's only a short 10 minute walk there from the B & B. Everything was... More

We have stayed at the Peppertrees B&B three times in the past six months, and we have loved each visit! Our daughter is a freshman at the University of Arizona, and this is absolutely the nicest place to stay that is close to the university. We have stayed in three different units, and each one has been fantastic. We particularly... More

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at the Peppertrees B&B, and could not have been happier. The B&B is in a great location near the University and multiple attractions and hiking. Jill and Ron were wonderful host's. We rented the Calista Suite and for a little extra money, we had an entire little cottage to ourselves, which included... More

We loved it and would definitely go back. Great location close to University of Arizona and all the fun shops, restaurants and bars in the West University neighborhood. We stayed in the King size casita - a small 1 bedroom guest house. It was nicely furnished, quiet and private, with its own small patio. The breakfasts were delicious and our... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A few steps away from the main gates of the University of Arizona yet when you enter the garden patio, you would think you were in some garden oasis away from everything. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing for being in the city. It's the kind of place you can just wind down at. Walk off the property and your just a block or so from one of Tucson's best shopping districts. There are lots of restaurants, shops, museums and the U of A Presents Theater, all with a few blocks. Then wake up to a breakfast that has become legendary. ... more   less
