Room was dirty Maid service was spotty Room was excessively noisy, to point of being unable to sleep from the people moving about in the room above us.

Loved being tucked into the base of the Catalina Mountains yet close to good restaurants (Wildflower) as well as Whole Foods for a latte or healthy smoothie. Very quiet room on the back side of the pool but not a usable patio. Super comfortable bed and room is a good size. The resort has a couple of ballrooms and there...

Two years after our last visit. The resort had just been bought and looked tired then. Today it has been updated including new chairs at the pool and great landscaping while keeping the history and traditional ambiance and great food. Beautiful in the morning and in the evening too. So relaxing- perfect for a long weekend fall break.

I attended a voice actor conference here in September--about 125 of us. The conference was completely awesome, and the setting just improved upon that. Rooms have wooden beamed ceilings (a little noisy when it rains, but that's pretty rare) and LOTS of space. The view out my balcony was really nice. Lots of rain prior to our visit (and a...

Dear Robin R Thank you for the high marks and glowing review. You take some amazing pictures of the properties. The ceiling in the Vigas living room is made of ocotillo branches a native plant. My first visit to the Westward Look resort was in 1982. I fell in love. In later visits, my 4 year old learned to swim there, she sang 'Delta Dawn' in the bar (accompanied by the piano player!), we celebrated two of my son's birthdays there on an annual get-a-way with friends, and I've been there more times than I...

I had not been to Westward Look for over 30 years, until last weekend, Oct, 2014. The grounds are extensive, beautiful, manicured and just impeccable. The Sunday morning buffet was excellent. My pool front room was spacious, attractive and very well kept. If you are looking for a taste of the desert, the plants, and its' beauty, this is it....

Dear Laverne T, We are happy to have you back after so many years. I was delighted to hear that you were just as impressed with our grounds and services as you were 30 years ago.
