Rooms need to have a better heating system, cold was very unpleasant in January, and extremely noisy. It was hard to sleep. Kitchen tools are very poor. Pool is amazing and heated, and location of the property is very nice. No trails with dogs allowed in the area.

Dear Isa72300, Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience at the resort. We will certainly do our best to address any noise coming from the heating system in your room and apologize if your sleep was affected. To help other travelers, we have additional kitchen tools available upon request. Due to the bighorn sheep reintroduction efforts in the Catalina Mountains, the trails in this immediate area are closed to dogs. We might recommend Chuck Huckelberry Loop for a nice walk in the area with a leashed pet. It's not a hiking trail but features a multi-use paved path along the beautiful desert washes or perhaps the many trails in the not too distant Rincon Mountains to the east of Tucson. We hope you will have a better experience next time! Warm regards, John Moritz Guest Services Manager

Arrived for a two day golf tournament and from the moment I pulled up to the Lodge, I was catered to, and the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this destination to any interested in a 5 Star resort and excellent golf.

Staff was amazing, however, the beds are terribly uncomfortable with horrible pillows, the room was too light and we couldn’t turn off the patio light manually, the shutter are worthless for keeping light out, the Mountain View room had no mtn view, walls are paper thin and neighbors were noisy.

Dear alissa9399, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your sleep. This is especially unfortunate to hear as we have just completed placing brand new mattresses in all of the guest rooms. I apologize for the challenges you also experienced with light coming into the room and noisy neighbors. I will make sure housekeeping and engineering managers are aware so we can work hard to make sure your next visit is more enjoyable. Thank you for staying with us! Warm regards, John Moritz Guest Services Manager

Great place - staff friendly, well informed, facility very nice, clean and comfortable. We ate 2 meals on site, dinner and breakfast; food better than expected, truly restaurant quality. We're not golfers, doesn't matter, great place to explore Tucson from.

Dear Phill R, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us and we are are happy to see that you enjoyed your visit. Maybe next time we can work on turning you into golfers! The driving range is a fun way to ease into it. If not, that's okay, just keep coming back to us as your home base in Tucson! Thank you, John Moritz Guest Services Manager

Incredible experience with golf, lodging, and dining. Mountain and Canyon courses are in great shape. Greens are tough to read (remember slopes away from the mountains). Beautiful views and no 2 holes look alike. Wait staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. Breakfasts are amazing.
