Our 7th annual girls getaway in August at Miraval was our best yet. And that's saying something. We're so lucky to experience Miraval. Others do the challenge courses, while I lap up the meditations (especially Floating meditation!), excellent classes, general mindfulness, Great food (healthy AND omnivore) and of course the SPA. Special thanks to Ella (Ayurvedic, massage, cranial sacral...), Senthil... More

I came here with my Mom. It was such a great trip. The service was impeccable all of the staff were so friendly. We did the Group Trail Ride, which was such a treat. Jeff the guide was so pleasant and informative and made us feel at ease since it was our first time riding horses. The rooms were clean... More

I have been to Miraval four times since I moved to Arizona, and each time it has rewarded me with excellent exercise classes (here think yoga!), inspiring talks, wonderful accommodations and outstanding food. Your stay at Miraval can be as athletic or non-athletic as you wish. They also have an excellent horse program, but since I'm allergic to horses I... More

This is upscale camp for grown-ups. And they do it very, very well. There must be 50 different things to do every day. Take your pick, do all, do none, whatever. And, the quality of the staff amazed me. Miraval is tops - one of the best weeks I've ever had.

The minute you walk out of the airport you are greeted with a warm welcome from Miraval staff member, and it doesn't stop. The staff truly seems to love there job and want to make sure your visit and stay is everything you expect. My room was beautiful and it over look the mountains. There were so many activities and... This was my first visit and I'm so glad I came solo! I don't believe the trip would have been so trans-formative if I had come with my girlfriends. I was not sure what to expect and had no agenda, just an open mind and a curiosity to learn. Everything from being picked up at the airport, tour of the... More

First time visit to Miraval and it was everything I was told. Started out the long weekend with a 6:00 am hike with Sharon and Steve who were experts in the desert landscape around the property and along the 2 hour hike. Fabulous fitness instructors such as Simone (Ride and Release and Balance). Balance was super challenging but so important.... More

No better way to rediscover the joy in everyday living than at Miraval. Second time to visit and experience was just as powerful as the first. Two incredible massages - a deep tissue by Steven and a Thai massage by Jessica - ask for them by name! And John who works at the fitness facility could not have been nicer... More

This place is amazing. Thank you Donna for helping us find places to go. My only complaint is the weather which they have no control over. Lol. If you have the opportunity to go, go. It's worth the $$$$

An amazing bee experience exploring Miraval's bee hives and tasting honey! The meditation class in hanging silks is amazing. So relaxing and restorative. A must do! Lunch was so tasty and the juice bar is always a great treat!
