What a nice motel!! Everything was spotlessly clean. The room was well outfitted - and most important in a Lubec December, it was nice and warm. The furniture was nice, the room was quiet and as an early riser, I especially liked the in-room coffee. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this mote! Room was large, cozy, quiet, and warm. Bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed and got a good night's rest. The woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming. I was travelling solo and felt right at home. Another woman was at the front desk in the morning and was equally as friendly. Both women were more than willing to answer my many questions. If you want to go to Campobello, this is an ideal location. Campobello Island is literally a few minutes away and the Eastland appeared to be the most reasonably priced accommodation. Yes, it's a roadside motel but in my mind, quite a few steps above the average mom-and-pop motel. The homemade muffins (yummy!) are a plus and the artwork in the hallways of one of the motel buildings was impressive. Not much going on in Lubec in mid-October (off season) but it's a lovely little town. I hear there's more places open in September. I'll be back next September (hopefully) and will definitely stay at the Eastland. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at the Eastland!

Terri Beam took great care of us and our stay was very restful, peaceful and comfortable. Better than we had even hoped for and the most enjoyable place and value from our entire 3500 mile trip. The room was clean and very comfortable and it was very quiet (after having a 16 hour driving day) which we needed. The courtesy and thoughtfulness were with almost family friendliness. On returning to Lubec, there is only one place that we would want to stay - the Eastland Motel Thanks!!! Gale

The hotel was a nice place to stay, very restful, clean and quiet. Kudos to the staff. They suggested great places to eat and fun things to do- even drew us a map. Don't be fooled by the map- it is a bit off the beaten path in relation to Eastport, ME.

We were in Lubec when hurricane Lee was coming up the coast. We needed a place to stay for a few days until the storm was over. John, the motel manager, was very accommodating and recommended the motel apartment. The apartment was very modern, with new appliances and a great big shower with fantastic hot water. Best of all the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend the Eastland motel if you're looking to stay in Lubec

Roadside motel, not fancy. John was very friendly and welcoming. Comfy bed, clean sheets and plenty of hot water. Can't ask for more than that except maybe the amazing blueberry muffins made by John's wife. Enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful family motel! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast included: muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Owners were really nice, and also very accommodating to needs. They are in the process of renovating, as well. I would highly recommend!

I changed my phone number and used my phone gps. John wasn"t able to contact me during my long drive. He stayed to after hours to asure we were able to check in. As we entered into our very charming room we were greated with a refreshing clean scent. John continued his excellent service the next morning and throuhout the day. We will stay there again.
