Due to all the positive reviews and the cost I decided to give this motel a try.The check-in was very easy in the staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were soft and clean. Unfortunately due to the pandemic there is no continental breakfast. The drive from the village from this hotel was approximately 2 mi. If you're in this area don't look anywhere else but this motel for a nice night's sleep.

We stayed for two nights in the apartment located beside the front office. It was much better than expected! The place was as clean as you would find anywhere. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The furniture was in great shape and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The shower was unique and wonderful. The muffins we delicious. We love Lubec and Campobello Island and will return to the Eastland Motel on future trips. It is a great base for all the exploring that can be done in the area!

O.K. we've stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time we stayed in room 18 and it wasn't as enjoyable. Fine it's Covid time but the A/C unit was loud, the bed need the window was loud every time you moved, and the bathroom fan took the cake with a really loud noise. They make the muffins the night before hence, the breakfast wasn't what it was.

My stay for the most part was very pleasant. Room #1 had no flat surfaces in the bathroom for misc toiletries except the toilet tank lid. Suggest they add at least a small plastic shelf over the bathroom sink. The room seemed to have little flat surfaces on which to lay things. My daughter stayed in room #3 which was so more livable than my room #1.

This motel was a perfect stay... my family was taking a trip up the coast of Maine to visit the various light houses. We planned on making a night stay around Lubec, Maine and we first looked at places in Lubec but none of them provided rooms to accommodate a family of four people. So I expanded my search to close to Lubec and came upon the Eastland Motel. I have to admit that I normally don't like motels because they are usually very ugly and not kept up very well... so I was skeptical however the price was right so I took a chance on it. To my surprise when we got there the motel looked kind of cute on the outside. And the front desk receptionist was very nice :). The best part was the room was quite spacious and clean and looked comforting. Our family was able to relax, read, and sleep well :) Another bonus and the reason I'm writing this review is that I was able to charge my electric car in one of the outside 110 outlets. The front desk lady said that I can plugin to the outlet that was outside of room 6 even though I was in Room 9 (note only 3 rooms had an outlet outside). No one was in room 6 that night :) Anyway it was a great relief to me because I was able to next morning go a different more scenic route to our destination.
